Before you begin this meditation, choose what specific heart desire you would like to focus on. This guided experience first invites you to connect to the truth of love that is always here. Feeling your whole body relax in truth. You are then invited to connect to your heart's desire, feeling it in your field. From there you are invited to witness your mind, and be with any resistance your system has to your desire, helping to gently and naturally dissolve this resistance. This practice is intended to be done several days in a row, for example 5 days or 21 days, allowing you to attune to the feeling of your heart desire that is already here, and living your day in this knowing.
