Find a comfortable seated position,

Letting your spine lengthen naturally,

Feeling your shoulders soften and letting your hands rest gently in your lap or by your side,

Allowing your eyes to close and letting your attention turn inwards.

Take a full breath in and exhale softly.

Take another full breath in and exhale softly,

Letting your breath settle into an easy rhythm that feels good for your body.

The human ego tends to run on a program of not good enough as is,

Whether it's yourself or your life,

For whatever reason it feels simply not good enough as is.

Today we're going to connect you into gratitude so that you can feel as a baseline that it is a miracle to be alive,

To be breathing and to have another day ahead of you.

And from that feeling of fullness and wonder,

You can create whatever you want to create in your day,

In yourself and in your life.

Notice the morning around you,

The feeling of the air on your skin,

The sensation of your body sitting on the surface beneath you,

The gentle rise and fall of each breath you're breathing.

Feel how magnificent it is to be right here,

Right now.

As humans,

We have limited time on earth and you get to have an entire new day ahead of you.

With every breath,

Feeling the magic of that,

Inhaling and exhaling,

Letting yourself arrive fully to the wonder of this moment.

Breathing,

Bringing your attention to your breath again,

Feeling how it fills you with life force,

How it nourishes and enlivens you with each breath,

Taking a moment to appreciate this simple act,

Your body breathing,

Filling you with life,

Offering your gratitude.

Thank you breath.

Thank you body.

Thank you life.

Thank you life.

Letting that feeling of appreciation spread through your chest,

Your arms,

Up through your shoulders and head,

And down your legs,

All the way to your feet,

Filling you up with a full enlivened sensation of gratitude.

And now gently bring to mind three things you're grateful for this morning.

They may be simple,

Like the way the light is entering the space you're in,

Or they may be more personal,

Someone you care deeply about.

Or maybe you're simply grateful for another day,

The chance to begin again.

Think of three things you're grateful for,

Letting each one appear softly in your mind.

Now imagine the day ahead as a wide open space,

A fresh page,

Offering gratitude for the opportunities it naturally brings.

The joyful moments,

The inspired moments,

And the moments that help you grow.

Saying to yourself,

I welcome this day with gratitude.

Feel warmth and openness expanding in your body as you say these words.

I welcome this day with gratitude.

Now returning once more to your breath.

On your inhale,

Feeling appreciation.

And on your exhale,

Feeling ease.

Feeling your body full of gratitude and life force energy.

Now begin to gently move your fingers and toes.

Letting your body awaken.

And when you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Bringing your attention into your outer awareness,

Into the space around you.

And carrying this feeling of fullness and gratitude with you into your beautiful day ahead.
