This meditation will help you start your day high-vibing and supercharged.
Start by taking a comfortable seat with your hands laying loosely in your lap.
Close your eyes and let your lips gently rest apart.
Take a deep breath in and extend your spine upward so it feels long and straight.
We'll start by bringing your attention to your breath.
Notice your breath as it is right now.
Is it shallow or deep?
How fast is it?
Take a few moments to notice your current breath as it is.
Now that you've connected with your breath,
Let's start to get your breath flowing deeply into your lungs and wake up your body.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and hold your breath at the top for three seconds.
One,
Two,
Three.
And exhale through your mouth.
Letting all the air out of your lungs.
Again,
Take a deep,
Full breath in through your nose and hold your breath at the top for three seconds.
One,
Two,
Three.
And exhale out of your mouth.
Letting all the air leave your lungs.
One more time,
Take a deep breath in through your nose and hold it for one,
Two,
Three.
And exhale through your mouth until you can feel all the breath leave your lungs.
Throughout this meditation,
Continue to take deep,
Even breaths.
Each inhale circulating fresh new air into your lungs and each exhale clearing you out.
Now there may be thoughts running through your mind about the day ahead and there may be emotions sitting in your body from the day before.
Let's take a moment to get present in your body so you can clear all those thoughts and emotions and start your day with a blank slate.
Whatever part of your body is on the floor,
Whether you're sitting on a chair or on a cushion,
Feel your body connect with the ground beneath you.
Feel your body heavy and grounded on the floor as if there are roots growing out of your lower body and running deep into the ground.
Feel the roots running deep into the ground beneath you,
Connecting you with the earth.
Now,
Moving from your lower body up to your heart,
Feel the sensation of your heart beating in your chest.
Feel the area around your chest.
Do you sense any tightness or restriction?
If there's any tightness at all around your heart,
You can easily clear whatever you're holding there by letting your awareness soften it.
As you hold your awareness on the place around your heart,
You sense a dissolving feeling and anything you're holding there naturally starts to soften and dissolve.
You can feel the area around your heart open and become lighter.
Now that you've gotten your breath flowing and loosened anything you're holding in your chest,
You can feel a buzzing energy circulating up through your body,
From your grounded feet,
All the way up through your torso and around the tip of your head.
Hold your attention on the tip of your head as the energy flows up through your body and tingles around your head.
Take a moment to feel yourself grounded and rooted in the ground while also light and full of tingling energy.
With this groundedness and light-cleared energy,
Let's now get you ready for your day ahead by connecting you into your power.
Take a moment to appreciate where you are in your life.
Think how hard you've worked to reach this point,
Where you are right now.
Think back to the person you used to be in the past and how much you've learned,
Transformed and grounded in yourself since then.
You've worked hard to get here and you are exactly where you're meant to be right now.
Today is wide open for you to take action on what is meaningful for you.
You are fully capable of doing everything that you dream of doing in your life.
You are fully capable and ready right now to make your ideals for your life and your vision for the world real.
And today you have enough time,
Energy and support to move forward on your dreams in a big way.
Let go of any worry about limitations.
You are being fully supported and have everything you need to move forward.
You have the power to shape and create your day ahead of you.
Take a moment to picture your ideal day today.
What is your intention for the day?
Picture in your mind what are you making happen today?
What inspiring people are you spending time with today?
How do you want to feel over the course of the day?

Your intention for the day and how you want to feel will take a moment to ground you deeply in yourself,
In your energy so you can carry those feelings with you throughout your day,

Draw your attention to your abdomen and place your right hand just above your belly button where you can feel a small glowing light.
As you keep your attention here just above your belly button,
The glowing light becomes bigger and suddenly extends out over your whole body like a protective shield.
Within your protective shield of light,
You feel powerful and safe.
As you move into your day,
This shield will remain with you,
Keeping you resilient in your intentions,
Your feelings,
Your energy,
No matter what the day brings.
Now with any clinging emotions wiped away with clear intention and with high-vibing energy,
You are ready to come back to your surroundings and start your epic day ahead.
