Find a quiet place.

Sit or lie down comfortably.

Close your eyes and just relax.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out completely.

One more time,

Breathe in slowly.

Fill up your lungs,

Let your diaphragm expand and then push your breath out as you exhale,

Pushing your stomach in.

And one last time,

Breathe in deep and exhale with a sigh.

Now scan your body from your head to your toes.

Just relax every part,

Your eyebrows,

Jaw,

Arms,

Back,

Your stomach,

Your legs,

Your hips.

Just completely relax.

The full moon is a beautiful time to release anything that doesn't serve us in our lives.

Starting at the full moon,

Over the next two weeks,

Look at all the areas in your life that you'd like to cleanse,

Everything that's not useful for your higher growth anymore.

You can cleanse physically by de-stashing things,

Throwing away,

Giving away,

Cleaning,

Dusting.

You can cleanse digitally,

Looking through your phone,

Your computer,

Whatever you have that you don't really need anymore,

Delete and trash.

And you can clear out your emotions,

Your feelings,

Your thoughts,

All the limiting beliefs that don't serve you anymore.

Think of them all and release them over the next two weeks.

Right now in today's meditation,

You're gonna use the powerful energy of the full moon to set an intention.

When things are cleared out of your life,

It makes space for new,

Beautiful,

High vibe,

Supportive things to come into your life.

You can set a clear intention of what you want to attract into your life in the new space you create as you cleanse away the unwanted energies,

Unwanted things from your life in the next two weeks.

Take another deep breath.

Slowly breathe in and slowly release.

Picture yourself walking down a beautiful path in the woods.

It's twilight,

The sun has just set and the stars have started to come out and shine.

There's a light breeze and soft grass below your feet.

It's a safe,

Calm and beautiful path you're walking on.

You feel so comfortable.

You belong here.

And as you look up at the sky in between the tree branches,

You see a gorgeous,

Large full moon beaming down her light onto you,

Lighting up your path,

Making everything around you sparkle and shine with a magical silvery light.

Soak in the rays of the moon as you keep walking.

And now you reach a little clearing in the middle of the woods.

The whole place is lit up with the light of the moon.

And there's a very comfortable looking rock waiting just for you in the middle of the clearing so you can go and sit down on it.

Sit on the rock,

Tilt your head up and let the moonbeams shine on you.

As you watch the beautiful moon on this clear night sky with all the stars around it,

Your heart is filled with so much joy and gratitude that you're getting to experience this beauty and this magic.

Surrender yourself completely to the energy of the moon.

Think of all the things you want to release and let go of from your life.

Any beliefs,

Any patterns,

Relationships,

Situations,

Emotions,

Memories.

Everything you want to let go of and disconnect from and release from your life.

Think of it all and then offer all of it up to the moon.

As you release them,

They float up higher and higher towards the moon.

It's absolutely safe to let it all go.

The moon is going to take them in and recycle them into useful,

Beautiful high vibe energy to go out into the world wherever it's needed.

It's not your concern anymore.

Just think of each thing one by one and let it all float up to the moon,

Up and away,

Up and away.

They're going up riding on the moonbeams,

Just going away into the heart of the moon to be cleansed,

To be recycled.

Keep breathing.

As you breathe in,

Breathe in the energy,

The power,

The magic of the moonlight.

And as you breathe out,

Release all the unwanted energy out into the moonbeams.

Breathe in the magic,

Breathe out and release and cleanse.

Take as long as you want and let it all go.

Feel yourself getting lighter and lighter.

There's nothing left to hold you down,

Hold you back.

All your burdens are released.

You've cleansed your life and now there's so much space to welcome new,

Amazing,

Beautiful,

Magical energy into your life,

Into your heart and into your mind,

Into your soul.

What do you want to welcome?

What thought patterns,

Emotions,

Beliefs,

What kind of abundance and love energy,

Joy,

Happiness,

Laughter,

Beautiful,

Positive relationships.

Anything you want,

It's yours.

Set a clear intention about what you would like to invite and welcome and embrace into your life.

As you clear things out over the next two weeks,

Express this beautiful intention to the moon.

Let her know what beautiful things to send your way.

As she helps you clear things away from your life,

The beautiful magical moon is here to support you.

Just allow her to fill you with her magic,

With her guidance,

With her high vibe energy.

And now with complete surrender and trust,

Fill your heart with love and gratitude.

And beam them out to her.

Bow your head and thank her for all the blessings.

Let her know you'll come back again next month,

On the next full moon day and connect with her once again.

And when you're ready,

It's time to come back.

Get off the beautiful rock in the middle of the clearing in the woods and slowly start walking back.

Perhaps there's a little skip in your step as you walk back because you're lighter now,

Happier and you're filled with the magic of the moon.

Feel excited for the amazing,

Powerful changes that are coming into your life.

They're all on the way to you.

Come back down the path and come back into your room,

Back into your body.

Become aware of what surrounds you,

The sounds,

The textures,

The smells in the room around you.

Become aware of your body again.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Take a deep breath in and release.

And when you're ready,

Rub your palms together.

Gently place them over your eyes.

Feel the warmth on your face.

And as you move your palms away,

Blink and slowly and gently open your eyes.
