21 Om Chants done in three stretches of 7 each, with pauses in between for contemplation and connection. Daily Om Chanting is a wonderful practice to develop, connecting us with the resonant stillness of pure cosmic consciousness. This practice has innumerable benefits including healing, divine connection, expansion, peace, and so much more!

Welcome.

We're gonna start chanting Aum 21 times.

I'm gonna keep count for you.

We're gonna do it in stretches of seven times each.

Get ready and just follow my guidance.

It's going to be a slow and comfortable practice.

A way to connect to our divine consciousness,

Our higher selves.

All right.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in.

Breathe out slowly,

Completely.

Settle in.

Aum Aum Aum Aum Aum Pause here.

Observe yourself.

Notice the calmness that's descended upon you.

The Aums have brought you right into the present moment.

Now as we continue,

We're going to go slower and pause for a little longer between each Aum.

Dwell on that pause and notice what you feel.

The pause after the Aum is where the connection to your higher self,

To pure cosmic consciousness lives.

Just listen to that silence and feel the resonance.

Aum Aum Aum Aum Aum Aum Pause again.

Observe how you feel.

Connect to that deep peace,

That silence within.

There's a difference between normal silence and the silence you live in after the Aum.

Tuned into the silence of the cosmos.

Now as we continue,

We're going to go even slower.

Pause even longer.

Just nourishing ourselves with that silence in the pause.

You don't have to push yourself,

But draw out the Aum for as long as you can.

Aum Aum Aum Aum Aum Feel the resonance of Aum through the body,

The mind,

The soul,

The entire world,

The universe.

Scan yourself from your head to your toes,

Inside,

Outside,

All around.

Notice how you feel.

By chanting Aum every day,

You get to tune yourself and connect to the ultimate truth of pure consciousness.

Now set an intention that you're going to carry this light,

This uplifting vibration with you wherever you go throughout the day and beyond.

Shining your light and raising everything and everyone you cross paths with.

And whenever you're ready,

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale.

Rub your palms together.

Place them gently over your eyes.

Feel the warmth.

Allow it to bring you back to yourself,

To this room,

To the present.

And as you move your palms away,

Slowly and gently blink open your eyes.
