Om chanting is a simple but extremely powerful practice.
Chanting Om 21 times a day has many benefits.
You can do this at any time of the day that you feel comfortable.
I personally find it to be a really nice reset in the afternoon,
Like drinking a warm cup of tea.
At the end of the practice,
You feel calm and are filled with a sense of well-being for the world around you.
Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can chant Om out loud along with me.
We're going to stretch each Om for as long as we can.
And as you say it,
Feel the vibration of the sound.
Get comfortable,
Sit down,
Relax,
Keep your back straight,
Close your eyes.
Now relax and feel the vibrations of the sound in your body and your mind,
Around your heart.
Just experience the energy of the powerful vibration of the Om sound.
Observe what you're feeling,
Is it a sense of deep unconditional love,
Peace and stillness,
A deep sense of well-being,
Oneness with the universe.
Once you're ready,
Take a deep breath in,
Breathe out and gently flicker your eyes open.
