It was lovely. I plant sunflowers where l live. It started before the war in Ukraine. This summer our garden is going to be with filled with yellow.

Thanks for this! Sending love to the Ukraine. I struggled with the part about sending love to the Russian soldiers. I know they are only doing another's wish, but I just zoned out at that part haha. Awesome meditation 😊
