
Visualization To Manifest Your Ideal Life
This 30 minute practice gently guides you into a relaxed state and helps you visualize or imagine your ideal life in 5 years time. Vanessa offers useful, step by step instructions that take you through all aspects of your ideal life. This is a great tool if you want clarity on any aspect of your life. By harnessing the power of visualization, you can manifest your ideal life in less time, and with less effort. You can use this practice for the next several years to refine and re-visit your vision of what you want. Create a life you love, you've got this.

This is Vanessa Loder and welcome to the Ideal Life Guided Visualization.
With this particular session,
I invite you to get in a very comfortable,
Relaxed position.
You may even want to lie down on the ground or in your bed.
So take a moment and allow yourself to get really comfortable.
Lie down or sit in a chair with your feet planted on the ground in a very relaxed position.
And now allow your eyes to gently close.
Take a couple of deep breaths and relax.
If I were to say to you,
See a red bird in your mind's eye,
Could you see one?
Next,
I want you to see a yellow flower.
Just imagine it in your mind.
See a blue car.
See a dog and a cat.
See a green tree with lots of leaves and the wind blowing through the leaves.
This is the part of the mind we will be working with today.
This is the part of the mind that has the pictures and the memories.
This is the part of the mind that is active at night when you are sleeping.
Because this is the part that has the images and the symbols that we use in our dreams.
So this is the part of the mind we will be working with today.
So just for this little while that we do this today,
Have no problems and no worries.
They will be there later,
But just for this little while as we do this today,
Have nothing to worry about.
Enjoy the way that feels.
To not have anything to worry about.
Enjoy the way it feels to have relaxation moving through the body.
As the relaxation moves through the body,
If there is any tension,
Move it through the body,
Allow it to flow right out.
Flow right out.
Any tension or any worries,
Just let them go.
Let them go.
We don't need them.
We don't need them.
So enjoy the way it feels to not have anything to think about.
And enjoy the feeling of relaxation moving through the body.
This is a luxury that very few people are allowed to take.
To take a little time out of their busy day to just relax and not think about anything.
Take advantage of it while you can and enjoy the experience.
Remember that when you awaken,
You will feel wonderful all over.
Just as though you've had a nice nap,
A nice sleep.
You will feel truly rested and refreshed.
Also remember,
If you hear any sounds in the room or any sounds outside of the room,
They are only natural sounds occurring in the background.
They will not bother you or distract you in any way.
If you hear anything,
It will just fade and become part of the background.
And this is very good.
Now I would like for you to imagine or visualize a beautiful pyramid composed entirely of white light.
A very beautiful thing to see.
It sparkles.
It shimmers.
I want you to mentally place that white pyramid of light so that it completely encloses your body,
Even underneath your body,
So that you are completely enclosed within the beautiful pyramid of white light.
The white light is a very powerful source,
And it brings a deep state of peace,
Relaxation,
And courage to you.
In this beautiful state of peace and relaxation,
Imagine yourself walking down a beautiful staircase,
Down into the deepest recesses of your mind.
This is a place where there is no time and no space.
A place of connection and of oneness.
A place of wisdom,
And you can see everything.
Walking down,
Down,
Deeper and deeper.
Down,
Down,
Each step down,
Increasing the depth even more.
As you reach the bottom of the stairs,
In front of you is a beautiful doorway.
It could be any doorway you choose.
It could be made of wood or glass or metal.
Behind this doorway is your ideal life five years from now.
Five years in the future.
This is your dream life.
You start to reach your hand out to open the door,
And suddenly it starts to open on its own.
And first you see just a crack of light,
A sliver.
You start to get excited,
Wondering what might be on the other side of this door.
Simply counting from three down to one,
The door starts to swing open.
Three,
The crack of light is getting wider and wider.
Two,
You can start to make out some details through the door.
One,
The door has fully opened and you can see a picture of your ideal home.
This is your dream house.
Notice what does your ideal home look like?
Where is it located?
Does it have a good view?
Go ahead and step into the picture towards your ideal home.
Take in the view.
Breathe the fresh air outside and notice what you smell.
Continue to take a few more steps towards your house so that the details become even more clear.
As you approach this house from the outside,
Notice what kind of yard and landscaping does it have?
Is there a lawn or a garden?
Take a moment now and walk through the front door.
Feel how excited and happy you are to come home.
As you open the door,
Notice who greets you on the other side.
Is it a loved one or a dear friend or a favorite pet or animal?
Do you hear the pitter patter of little feet running to greet you?
See yourself,
Feel yourself arriving home and see who is there to meet you.
Now let's take a moment to walk through your home on the inside.
What color are the walls?
What does the furniture look like?
Do you see any paintings or artwork?
Or perhaps you're not noticing the details of the rooms,
But you just get a sense,
A feeling of what kind of place this is.
Go ahead and walk through your perfect house,
Filling in all of the details as they come to you.
Next,
Imagine yourself waking up in the morning and getting ready for work.
Visualize your ideal career.
When you leave your home,
If you leave your home to work,
Where are you going?
What are you doing?
See yourself going to work.
Do you drive or bike or take the bus?
Or perhaps you work from home or you walk to work.
What is your ideal career?
And if you don't know what that is,
Think about how you will feel when you're doing the work that you are meant to do in this lifetime.
What kinds of people are you working with?
Who are your clients or customers?
Is it your own business?
And what is your compensation like?
What is your ideal annual income?
See yourself,
Feel yourself receiving that amount of money to do this work that you love.
People pay you more than enough money to do work that is meaningful and that you are passionate about and you feel so lucky.
And how much money do you have in savings and investments?
What is your total net worth at this point in the future?
Really feel yourself,
See yourself in a job that energizes and excites you.
Working on problems that bring you true satisfaction and meaning and that use your unique gifts and genius.
Go ahead now and fill in all of the details with the type of building you work in and the type of people you're surrounded by and anything else that comes to mind around your ideal work.
Next focus on your free time,
Your recreation time.
When you're not working,
What are you doing with your family and friends in the free time you've created for yourself?
What hobbies are you pursuing?
See yourself,
Feel yourself doing those things now.
What kinds of vacations do you take and what do you do for fun?
Picture your ideal vacation and see yourself there.
Next what is your ideal vision of your body and your physical health?
Are you free of all disease?
How long do you live to?
Are you open,
Relaxed in a static state of bliss all day long?
Are you full of vitality and feeding your body foods that nourish and energize you?
Are you flexible as well as strong?
Do you exercise,
Eat good food and drink lots of water?
See yourself,
Feel yourself,
Imagine yourself doing these things now,
Having your ideal body and physical health.
Now move on to your ideal vision of your relationships with your family and friends.
What is your relationship with your family like?
Picture some of them now and see your ideal relationship with them.
Is it full of love,
Trust and honesty?
Do you accept the people for who they are?
Who are your friends?
What is the quality of your relationship with your friends?
And what do those friendships feel like?
Are they loving,
Supportive,
Empowering?
Think of the people who really light you up,
Make you feel so good about yourself and who you feel really authentic with and imagine yourself spending time with them.
What kinds of things do you do together?
See yourself doing those things now.
Are you in a romantic relationship?
If so,
What does that look like?
Is it full of connection and love and romance?
See your ideal partnership romantically.
What kinds of things do you do together?
See yourself doing those things with your romantic partner now.
Now let's move on to the personal arena of your life.
Do you see yourself going back to school,
Getting training,
Attending workshops,
Seeking therapy for a past hurt or growing spiritually,
Hiring a coach or some other mentor?
Do you meditate or go on spiritual retreat with your church or other groups?
Do you want to learn to play an instrument or write your autobiography?
Or maybe you want to run a marathon or take an art class.
Perhaps you want to try something very different from what you've tried before.
Perhaps you want to travel to other countries.
Whatever it is in your personal life,
Feel it,
Hear it,
Sense it,
And even smell it now.
Finally,
Focus on the community you live in,
The community you have chosen.
What does it look like when it is operating perfectly?
What kinds of community activities take place there?
What about your charitable work?
What do you do to help others and make a difference?
How often do you participate in these activities?
Who are you helping?
Feel it,
Live it now.
And now,
Imagine that it is the end of the day.
You've gotten ready for bed,
And as you're lying in bed that night,
You take a moment to look around at all that you have created.
You look around this beautiful dream life at all the different aspects of it,
And you feel so blessed,
So grateful for this wonderful life that you have created.
Take a few deep breaths and feel how happy you are to have this life that you have created.
Breathe into that now.
You deserve it.
Imagine yourself falling asleep in this ideal life five years in the future,
With a big grin on your face,
Feeling wonderful.
And now,
It is time to awaken from this ideal life.
As I count from one up to five,
Allow your body and mind to gradually wake up.
One coming back into your body.
Two starting to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Three noticing any sounds in the room,
Becoming aware of your surroundings.
Four returning from this wonderful journey that you've been on.
Five,
Your back.
Allow your eyes to gently open,
And now take a few moments to journal about all that you saw,
Felt,
And heard.
And it's okay if some of the details were missing.
You can go back to this audio again and again to fill in more information.
Write down whatever it is that you saw or noticed this time.
And remember to review these pictures often as you want to call them into your life.
Enjoy creating your ideal life.
