Mindfulness is about observing your thoughts.
It's about observing yourself.
It's about observing your sadness,
Your happiness.
It's about observing your screams.
Mindfulness is not about being perfect.
It's not about having that perfect meditation life.
It's not about having that life.
And everything goes your way.
Because sometimes the universe wants to show you that things are just not supposed to go your way.
Maybe keep pushing it.

I invite you to just observe yourself.
Observe your thoughts.
Observe your feelings.
And of course,
Without judgment.
Judging means not telling yourself there's a right or there's a wrong.
Just observing yourself.
As if you were a third party.
