Let's face it,
I think we all have felt fear.
One way or another.
I think we have all been afraid of something.
Maybe it is just starting a new project,
Quitting our old job.
Or maybe even moving in with someone.
Or marrying someone.
Or even dating someone.
I think we have all felt fear.
In some sort of way.
Well I know I have.
I feel it all the time.
And it is very interesting because we have to try to observe the fear.
What are you afraid of?
Are you afraid of what people are going to say?
Do you have the imposter syndrome?
Which means that you think,
Hey why me?
For example,
Why me?
How can I just record this audio?
Why should I?
Why me?
I'm a regular person.
But yeah,
We are all regular people.
And maybe this audio touches somebody.
So that's why I did it.
But yeah,
I'm afraid.
I'm afraid of failure.
I'm afraid it might not work out.
Or maybe what people are going to say.
And if you don't influence your feedback,
I'm afraid.
So what's holding you back?
Is your fear holding you back?
Are you afraid of doing something?
What are you afraid of?
Ask yourself.
And if you didn't know,
Fear comes from our little mind.
Because our mind tries to protect us.
So for example,
If you try to touch a burning flame.
What is your brain going to tell you?
Don't do it.
Because it's trying to protect you.
So every time we start a new project,
Or we want to quit our job,
We want to start something new,
We want some changes.
Hey.
Your mind tells you,
Don't do it.
You are comfortable just where you are.
Don't take that leap.
You're going to get hurt.
What if it doesn't work out?
But stop it.
What if it does?
What if starting your own company does work out?
But hey,
Even if it doesn't,
At least you tried and you learned.
At least you took that jump.
And you made it.
Even if you fell.
But you learned while you were jumping.
Our heart is the one that guides us.
It's the one that shows us the way.
But hey,
It's a little scary too.
But it wants that freedom.
It wants you to quit that job so you can find another one.
Or you can start your business.
But I'm not only talking about jobs.
I'm talking about fear in general.
Jump into the unknown.
I'm not saying forget about fear.
Because it's going to be there.
Trust me.
But embrace it.
Embrace that fear.
And if you feel that freedom,
Do it.
So today,
I just wanted to do a short guided meditation.
To try to let go of those fears.
Of what's holding you back.
Remember the only way to open a new door is if you close your old one.
So sit in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
And focus on your breathing.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
In through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Focus on your breathing.
Focus on how your lungs expand.
And how they feel while you're breathing out.
Fill your body up with air.
And let it go.
Let go of everything you need to let go of.
Those problems,
Those worries.
Take another deep breath in.
And out by letting go.
Now while you're meditating.
Ask yourself.
What's holding you back?
What's your biggest fear?
What are you afraid of?
Listen to that voice inside your head.
It's your kind.
Don't doubt yourself.
Just listen.
Listen to that voice.
Now imagine you have that fear in front of you.
Whatever it is.
Name it.
And hug your fear.
Say thank you.
But today,
You're letting go.
Today,
You're going to start that business you have been dreaming of.
Or today you're going to start writing your book.
Or today,
You're going to do what your fear hasn't allowed you to do.
Your fear has been holding you back.
But today,
You're letting go.
Let go of that fear.
Jump into the unknown.
Get out of that comfort zone.
Because you can make it.
And you've done it before.
So congratulations.
But you're going to do it again.
Now,
Focus on your breathing.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
One more time.
In through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Are you ready to let go?
Are you ready to start something new?
Are you ready to get out of that comfort zone?
Are you ready to just try?
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes.

Sending you so much virtual love and light! Wow, this meditation ignited the fire inside of me. So many new ideas came to my mind on what I want to do next in my journey. This was soo needed. Been struggling with my fear of failure and also being somewhat comfortable. I have a safe and secure job but I dread doing it, been wanting a way out. I fear about money, safety and security. However, up until the passed several months, I'm learning it's not serving me well, it's making me very anxious and stressed. Was nice to hear your voice and get a little push and perspective. Thanks again, I'm grateful for your work and service.

Thank you so much for another beautiful meditation 🥰. I was feeling so scared today because I was going to take a leap into something huge, and my fear WAS holding me back, but now after listening to this beautiful meditation, I’m ready to try. If we don’t try, how will we ever know? It’s so scary go outside our comfort zones, but I have the courage to try now thanks to this 🥰
