This is a short mindfulness challenge.
This short minute and a half just wants to tell you to stop.
Take a moment to just express your gratitude to the universe.
Just be grateful for the little things.
Well,
What we call little but are actually pretty big.
Thank your body.
Thank your health.
Thank yourself.
Your pillow.
Your bed.
Take a moment to just say thank you.
Stop what you're doing.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And say thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
Because even though it's hard,
It's very hard to live this life.
It's very hard to be on this planet.
We're here and we're learning.
And we get to do marvelous things every single day.
So stop and say thank you.
