I know and I am well aware that some days can become very overwhelming and we can get very stressed out and sometimes we just need to let go of it.
So that's why today I am going to ask you to sit in a very comfortable position and close your eyes.
Just take a moment to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Take a moment to breathe the air as it comes in your body and breathe out.
How do you feel when you are breathing in and your lungs expand and how do you feel when you are breathing out?
Take a moment to be with yourself and now you are going to imagine all the things that stress you out.
With your eyes closed for example,
I haven't been able to pay this bill or I need to pay somebody off or I have to go to the bank tomorrow and have a lot of work,
Just imagine all those things that stress you out.
And what you are going to do is you are going to imagine this blue light that is going to come from your crown tracker which is the top of your head and it's going to wash everything.
So you are just going to come down from the top of your head,
It's going to go down through your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your mouth,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your body,
It's coming down all over you and it's being washed away.
Just for a second.
Because you know if you can't find a solution then sometimes you just have to give it to the universe and it might sound crazy but yeah you just tell the universe hey I can't solve this,
Can you help me?
And you let go and you don't worry about how it's going to happen,
No you never worry about that.
All you are going to do is let it go.
And now the blue light gently stops and you remember and you think about it okay so I can't pay this bill and well when I have the banks in front of me and you are going to keep asking and and and and and you are still okay.
So let go of all the stresses and all those worries because you are going to get out of this and when we start thinking like that good things happen.
So breathe in through your nose,
Feel how you are just a little bit lighter and breathe out through your mouth.
One more time,
Breathe in through your nose,
Breathe in that blue light and breathe out blue light.
And when you are ready you can open your eyes.
Remember that there are just so many things that we can do and if there is no solution let go,
Let the universe take control.
