Today,
We're going to do a short mindfulness exercise.
A short mindfulness exercise to become more aware,
More aware of the present moment,
To take a moment to enjoy just what we're doing.
So whenever you need a short break,
This is perfect.
So I'm going to ask you to sit in a very comfortable position and close your eyes.
Close your eyes and just focus on your normal breathing.
Focus on how you breathe in and how you breathe out normally.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Just bring awareness to your normal breathing.
Take a moment to just listen.
Listen to what's around you.
Focus on any sound.
If there's a bird,
The refrigerator,
Somebody talking,
Take a moment to just listen.
Now take a moment to feel.
Feel how gravity just grounds you.
Take a moment to feel the seat that you're sitting on or maybe the place that you're lying on or whatever you're sitting on.
Take a moment to feel the gravity,
How it just pulls you down.
Take a moment to just be with yourself.
Now take a moment to smell.
What does it smell like?
Take a moment to become aware of any feeling or emotion in your body.
Remember,
Observe any feeling and don't get involved.
Just observe it.
Just remember there's a difference between I feel sad and I am sad.
Observe any feeling without judgment.
Embrace it and if you can,
Let it flow.
If you can't,
It's okay.
It has something that it wants to teach you.
Focus on your breathing again.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Focus on your breathing and when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
This is a short mindfulness exercise that you can do whenever you want to.
Thank you so much for supporting my audios,
Sending you so much love and so much light.
Namaste.
