This guided visualization uses a shamanic, remote viewing technique to help reduce the worst effects of jet lag. It works best if you are flying across 3-4 time zones and if you listen to it a day or so before flying. You will learn how to send your subtle body on ahead of your physical body so you can join it when you get to your destination.

This visualization will help reduce the effects of jet lag.

Before listening to it there's a few things to note.

First it works best if you listen to it a day or so before you travel and if you're flying over three or four time zones.

Second you should definitely not be driving or using machinery as it's best if you have your eyes closed and indeed if you're either lying down in bed or relaxing on a sofa or in a comfortable armchair.

Thirdly you should know it's also completely safe to do.

Indeed if you are the least bit fearful this actually limits its effect so it's intrinsically safe.

So to start get yourself really comfortable either lying down in bed or on a comfy sofa or a comfortable armchair and if you do fall asleep or drop off this visualization works better still.

So when you're settled let the tension flow from your body,

Slacken your jaw and let your tongue relax.

Release any tension in your forehead and give your body,

Your arms and your legs a quick wiggle.

Just let them release any tension from the day.

Now just imagine any of the parts of your body that touch your bed,

Your armchair or sofa are sucked down onto it and just imagine that the top layers of molecules in your body and those on the surface you're lying on fuse and mingle.

This is exactly what happens when gravity sticks two bodies together.

Parts of your body glue themselves to where you're lying and your body absorbs atoms from the surface you're lying on.

Now this natural phenomenon normally only involves two or three layers of atoms at most so just allow this effect to deepen so the bonding is a few hundred layers of atoms thick,

Still much less than the thickness of a human hair and now allow it to deepen still further so you really feel stuck to the surface you're lying on and next you become aware of your breathing and I want you to take five really deep belly breaths.

What you do is this on the in-breath you really use your diaphragm so your belly expands and on the out-breath you breathe out for about four times as long as the in-breath so all the air is expelled from your lungs and as I mentioned it really doesn't matter if you drop off or fall asleep during this visualization.

So next you just become aware of your thoughts.

Now thoughts are normally revolving round,

Spinning round,

Moving round in our frontal lobes and if you take your awareness two or three inches back behind your eyeballs to your pineal gland you can become an observer of your thoughts so just imagine that you're the watcher watching the watcher and as each thought comes in you can ask it who sent it and for what purpose just think about and interrogate your thoughts in this manner for 30 seconds and now the watcher that's watching the thoughts from behind your eyeballs moves all the way to the back of your brain the rear of your skull so the watcher is watching the watcher watching the watcher and let all your conscious thoughts gravitate to the center of your brain at the front in your forehead all the thoughts of the day all the things you've been doing all that busyness just let them coalesce at the front of your brain and imagine a point on the top of your skull your crown has got a translucent hole about two or three inches in diameter slowly rotating just let your thoughts flow from your forehead around the top of your head and then float about two or three inches above the top of your skull all the time being watched by the watcher at the back of your skull and these thoughts are tethered to your brain by a thin gossamer thread and you can allow them to float up now higher and higher above your head let them float up to the top of the room you're lying in and let them float up still further so they're at the top of the building that you're in at the moment and up further still so they're in the clouds now if you're in the southern hemisphere what you do now is allow your thoughts to float right up into the stratosphere and round to the South Pole you're in the northern hemisphere they float way above your head above the clouds and float around to the North Pole just imagine now you're floating in space free looking down on the top of the planet either at the North Pole or the South Pole you can see the earth rotating beneath you when we're at this place one of the poles on the planet we are in no time at all we sit in all of the 24 time zones at the same time so we're in the time zone where you're lying down as well as all other time zones so look down now at the destination the place you're flying to in a day or so's time and allow your logical thoughts to float towards your destination to your home to your business and imagine now that you're at your destination what thoughts will be going through your head what things will you be talking about thinking about and doing what you plan to do on your return let those thoughts land fully at the place you're going to see the sights in your office smells of your home the sounds of your loved ones and now it's time to come back but what you do is just leave those thoughts from the future in that location so all the things you're going to do all the things you're going to say leave them at your destination and now allow your logical mind to float back from your destination right above the poles again either the North Pole or the South Pole and from there you can see where you're lying in the now and allow the watcher in the now to pull on that gossamer thread and reel your thoughts back in so they come back now from being above the poles of the planet to being in the sky and now they float down from the stratosphere down through the cloud layers so they're again at the top of your building and they float through the ceiling in your room so they're right above your head again and now they're above your head just allow them to float in still more come back through that hole in your crown and this time to come straight down and allow them to sit at the center of your brain then from there take three deep belly breaths now allow your thoughts to flood the whole of your brain they go up and down to the left and to the right to the back to the front when you're ready you can open your eyes knowing there's an aspect of you at your destination and that your body will follow shortly and join with that logical mind and the effects of jetlag and time distortion will be reduced so when you're ready you can open your eyes and come fully back into the room so just do some gentle stretches now and open your eyes allow your body to peel away from the surface it's stuck to so you pull your body's atoms back into yourself and allow yourself to get up from the sofa or from the armchair or from your bed

Bless you for creating that, Tom. I can’t wait to try that out on my next transatlantic flight. Hopefully a HUGE reduction of the jet lag🙏🏻🌟🤞🌟🙏🏻
