Welcome.
This meditation is designed to help you reconnect with the sense of peace and calm that is always within you,
Regardless of your circumstances,
Regardless of how you feel underneath thoughts,
Emotions,
Bodily sensations.
There is the level of being,
The level at which you can be truly yourself,
The level at which you are loved,
You are worthy and you are enough.
So right now I want to invite you to make yourself at ease and begin connecting with the natural flow of your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Each breath is a separate practice and each breath will help you to make descent to that deeper level of self,
Closer to who you really are,
Outside of your thoughts,
Emotions.
And remember that I am here by your side to help you,
To bring you back every time you feel distracted.
The easiest way to connect with your breath is by focusing on the sensation of the in-breath and out-breath and the expansion and contraction that happens as you breathe in and breathe out.
And now,
As you continue breathing in and breathing out,
Recognize that under the layer of the usual,
There's also that sense of calm and peace,
Even though maybe subtle,
It is there and it is a part of you,
A part of you that you are always allowed to connect with.
When you carry on throughout your day,
When you face challenges,
It is always there at the edge of each breath.
I want you to remember that every time you feel overwhelmed and come back to that very sense that you are experiencing now.
So to conclude,
Begin recognizing the space around you,
Begin recognizing the boundaries of your physical body and the sense perception that comes to you through your skin.
And before you open your eyes,
Take one deeper cleansing breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes and welcome back.
