Hello and welcome and thank you for joining me in this meditation.
Let's take a deep breath in through the nose,
Expanding your belly and then your chest.
Hold at the top and then exhale through the mouth with a sigh.
Breathe in again,
Hold at the top and exhale,
Letting go of your day thus far,
Allowing yourself to be present in this moment.
And again,
Deepening the breath,
Filling your belly and your chest,
Hold at the top and then exhale,
Relaxing even deeper.
As we bring our breath back to a normal pace,
I want you to picture yourself in a serene,
Quiet forest and ahead of you is a path.
As you walk along this path,
You notice all the beauty around you,
The sounds of the birds,
The rustling of the leaves beneath your feet,
Sunlight filtering through the trees,
The feel of the earth beneath your feet.
And then as you come to the end of the path,
The forest opens up into a beautiful clearing.
You hear a gentle whisper calling your name.
This whisper comes from deep within your soul,
Offering guidance and insight.
I want you to ask yourself these few questions and then see what comes up.
What do you feel called to do or drawn to in your life?
What do you think would bring you fulfillment?
And what activity when you're doing it feels like you're in flow?
When you're doing this activity,
Time seems to stand still.
Sit quietly right now and just listen for the answers,
Whether they come as words,
Images or feelings,
Allow everything to come through.
Repeat after me,
I trust the whispers of my soul to guide me in my life.
From this point forward,
Commit to paying attention to your inner guidance,
Those nudges,
Those feelings drawing you to all of those things that bring you joy.
Notice how it speaks to you through your thoughts,
Your feelings or synchronicities.
