Hello and welcome.

My name is Tina Stinson and I want to thank you for joining me in this meditation.

Let's find a comfortable position and allow your body to relax and your breath to become deep and steady.

Begin by taking a few deep breaths,

Inhaling into your belly,

Expanding it,

And then exhaling any tension that you might be feeling.

Feel the air filling your lungs with healing energy,

Nourishing every cell in your body.

Now envision yourself in a state of vibrant health and strength.

What do you look like?

What are you wearing?

How are you feeling?

Take a moment to notice all of the details.

Do you feel energized,

Strong,

Capable?

Now repeat silently or aloud,

I am healthy,

I am strong,

I am capable.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Connect with your inner reservoir of strength.

Feel it radiating from your core,

Empowering you to overcome any challenge that might come your way.

Place your hands on your heart center and feel the strength radiating from your body.

Embrace this sense of resilience,

Knowing that you are capable of weathering any storm and emerging even stronger.

Allow this feeling of inner strength to permeate every fiber of your being.

With each breath,

Reaffirm your inner resilience.

Repeat after me.

I am resilient,

I am powerful,

I am unstoppable.

Let's take one final deep breath in.

Inhale,

Feeling all that strength in your body.

Hold at the top.

And as you exhale,

Release.

Carry this feeling of strength and resilience with you throughout your day,

Knowing that you are capable of facing whatever comes your way.

Take a moment to express gratitude for this moment of self-care and empowerment.

Gently open your eyes and return to the present moment.
