My name is Tina Stinson,
And I want to welcome you to my guided meditation connecting with intuition for guidance Let's begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed You can sit or lie down.
Just get into a relaxed position Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose filling your lungs Feel your chest and your belly rise up as you inhale and Then slowly exhale through your mouth releasing all tension and stress Let's do this a few more times focusing on the rhythm of your breath Inhaling deeply and exhaling fully As you continue breathing Allow your body to relax with each breath Feel the tension melting away from your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your arms,
And your legs Relax your jaw.
Let it drop open and release any tension that you're holding in your hands Bring your attention to your body and begin by noticing the sensation of your breath as it flows in and out Feel the rise and the fall of your chest and the gentle expansion and contraction of your belly with each breath Let go of any thoughts or distractions and anchor your awareness in this present moment You have nowhere else that you need to be.
Give yourself the space right now for this meditation Shift your focus to the sensation of your body against the surface that you're resting on Feel the support beneath you Take a moment to scan your body starting from your toes And then working your way up to the top of your head Notice any areas of tension or discomfort and then imagine breathing into those areas Allowing them to release and soften.
As you continue to breathe bring your attention to the center of your chest your heart space Imagine the space glowing with a soft radiant white light This light represents your intuition,
Your inner wisdom Visualize you're walking through a peaceful path in nature.
It could be a forest,
A beach or a meadow As you walk feel a sense of calm and openness.
You're safe and supported here Pause for a moment and imagine a bridge up ahead This bridge symbolizes the connection between your conscious mind and your intuition As you step onto the bridge feel a gentle breeze and the warmth of the sunlight on your skin With each step you're moving closer to a deeper understanding of yourself As you cross the bridge imagine a door opening to a quiet serene space with your mind This is the space where your intuition resides Take a moment to enter this space looking around Feel the peaceful energy that surrounds you Now imagine a presence within this space the voice of your intuition You might see it as a wise guide,
A beloved mentor or simply a radiant light Whatever form it takes for you know that this presence is here to offer you guidance and answers Think about a specific problem or issue you're facing Bring it to your mind's eye With a sense of openness and curiosity ask your intuition for guidance You might ask what steps should I take to overcome this challenge or what insights can you offer to help me move forward?
Now take a moment to listen Now take a moment to listen trust that the answers will come in Your intuition might communicate through images feelings words or a deep knowing Be patient and receptive As you receive the guidance express gratitude for your intuition For all of its wisdom know that you can return to this space whenever you need clarity and insight Slowly start to bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings Feel the surface beneath you the gentle rise and fall of your breath and when you're ready gently open your eyes Now I want you to remember the guidance you received is valuable and unique to you Now it's time to grab your journal or notebook and free write about the answers and the guidance that you received during this meditation What came up?
