Hello and welcome.
My name is Tina and this morning we're going to be doing a quick grounding and self-love meditation to start your day off beautifully.
Let's start by taking a few deep breaths in.
Breathing in for two,
Three,
Four.
Hold at the top and exhale two,
Three,
Four.
Breathe in again two,
Three,
Four.
Hold at the top,
Exhale two,
Three,
Four.
Breathe in again two,
Three,
Four.
Hold at the top,
Exhale two,
Three,
Four.
Breathe in two,
Three,
Four.
Hold,
Exhale two,
Three,
Four.
Now let's return to a normal breath.
And as you're breathing in,
I want you to imagine a bright light of your favorite color coming in to the top of your head.
Each time you breathe in,
More of this healing,
Soothing light fills your body.
Moving from the top of your head,
Spilling into your shoulders,
Your neck,
Moving down your supine,
And filling your heart center,
Into your belly,
Your legs,
And your feet.
Now imagine this light spilling out deep into the ground below you,
Connecting you to the earth.
As this light continues to fill you with a healing,
Calming energy,
You now feel completely supported and grounded in your body.
I want you to place your hands on your heart center and repeat after me.
As you take a deep breath in,
And then exhale,
I want you to say,
And then exhale,
I want you to say,
I am loved.
Breathing in,
I am.
Exhale,
Enough.
Breathing in,
I am.
Exhale,
Safe.
Breathing in,
I am.
Exhale,
Supported.
Breathing in,
I am.
Exhale,
Loved.
Continuing with your hand on your heart center,
Take a really deep breath in,
The biggest breath that you've taken so far,
Filling up your belly,
Your chest.
Hold at the top,
And then as you exhale,
Exhale with a sigh.
Repeat after me,
In your head,
As if you're talking to yourself.
I love you.
You are beautiful.
I got your back today.
I'm always here for you.
I love you.
