Close your eyes.
When you're ready,
Take a deep breath in and out.
Allow yourself to relax.
Let go of today's tension.
And let's begin this journey of noticing the magic and the beauty in life.
Let your body settle in a little deeper,
Feeling your weight supported by the earth below.
Taking a deep breath in,
Expanding your belly.
Hold at the top for a second and as you breathe out,
Feel your body relax.
Allow your shoulders to soften,
Your jaw to release.
Take another deep breath in.
And as you exhale slowly,
Release any other tension or stress from your body.
Now,
Focus your attention on the present moment.
Begin to notice what is around you.
The space you're in,
The sounds,
The light,
The air.
Acknowledge that all of this right here,
Right now,
Is a gift.
Life is full of subtle,
Wonderful moments.
Take a moment right now to truly notice all of the details.
The softness of the chair beneath you,
The warmth of the air,
The stillness.
And as you sit in this moment,
Gently bring your awareness to your heart.

Feel the gentle rhythm of your heartbeat.
Imagine this energy radiating outward,
Filling your whole body with warmth and love.
Begin to reflect on the beauty that's in your life right now.
Think about the little things.
Maybe it's the smile of a loved one,
The color of the sky,
The taste of your favorite food,
The sound of laughter.
These moments of magic and beauty are present all around you,
And they fill your life with joy and purpose every single day.
Notice how many moments of beauty,
Love,
And joy you already have.
You may find beauty in the simplest of things.
Your breath,
The trees outside in nature,
The soft light coming in through the window,
The love that you have for the people in your life.
Acknowledge these small miracles and the immense power they hold in your life.
Now bring to mind something you're truly grateful for in this moment.
It could be anything big or small.
Perhaps the strength that you've shown,
The lessons you've learned,
The people in your life right now.
Hold that sense of gratitude in your heart for a few breaths.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you breathe out,
Say quietly to yourself,
I am grateful for all the beauty and magic in my life.
As you begin to step into your day,
Carry this sense of appreciation with you.
Visualize yourself moving through your day with a sense of wonder and joy.
See yourself encountering the world with an open heart,
Noticing the beauty and the love that you have for the people in your life.
Notice the beauty in every person,
Every interaction,
And every small moment.
Know that with each step you are moving forward with gratitude,
Embracing the beauty and joy that surround you.
