Thank you for joining me for this morning meditation for a quick energy cleanse and then a transition into gratitude and alignment as you move into your day.
Get into a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to soften and release,
And when you're ready,
Closing your eyes,
Take a deep breath in through your nose and then a slow breath out through your mouth.
Let's do that again.
Inhaling deeply through the nose and then exhaling completely as your body begins to relax.
One more time,
In through the nose and as you exhale,
Letting go of all your shoulds and your to-do's for the day and just allow yourself to have this moment,
Feeling your body landing fully in this moment.
Let this next breath be an invitation to reset,
Realign,
And reconnect with yourself.
Breathing in through the nose,
Expanding your belly,
And then let's hold at the top for a moment,
And exhaling through the mouth as if you are blowing out a candle.
Now just letting your breathing go back to normal in a comfortable breathing pattern.
Let's begin to release anything that doesn't belong to you.
Imagine your breath sweeping through your body,
Cleansing,
Clearing,
Softening,
Letting go of yesterday,
Letting go of any pressures,
Letting go of anything heavy.
You are safe to be in this moment of pause,
This moment of silence and stillness.
With every exhale,
Release anything that is not serving your highest good.
With every inhale,
Calling your energy back home to your body,
Being present fully in your body,
Fully into this day.
Repeating after me,
I release what's not mine and I return to myself.
Now let's gently shift your awareness to gratitude.
Notice what you are thankful for in this moment,
No matter how small.
Maybe it's your breath,
Maybe it's resilience,
Maybe it's simply the chance to be here.
Let this gratitude shine on you like the warm rays of the sun.
Repeat after me,
I receive this day with gratitude and grace.
Let the feeling of gratitude settle into your body.
Now let's begin to connect with your deeper self,
The wise,
Grounded,
Loving part of you that already knows your path.
Feel into this part of yourself,
Your purpose,
Your desires,
Your truth,
And let your body feel the knowing that you are here for a reason and you don't have to prove anything.
Confidence does not come from perfection,
It comes from your presence,
From choosing yourself,
From showing up authentically as you.
Repeat after me,
I am aligned with my truth and I walk forward in confidence and self-love.
Today,
I support myself with clarity,
Trust,
And grace.
Let these words ripple through every cell of your body.
Take one more deep breath in,
And exhale slowly,
Gently,
Beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes and bring some gentle movement back into your body.
And when you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
Carry this energy with you,
Cleared,
Grounded,
And aligned,
With deep trust in who you are becoming.
