Let us start by finding a comfortable seated position or lying down.
Gently close your eyes and start to allow your body to relax and be present.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your belly,
And then slowly exhale through your mouth like you're blowing out a candle.
Again,
Breathe in deeply,
Filling your belly and your chest,
And as you exhale release any tension.
Let's take two more deep steady breaths at your own pace.
As you continue to breathe naturally,
Bring your attention to your body.
Feel the surface beneath you supporting you.
Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest.
Allow your shoulders to drop away from your ears.
Allow your jaw to unclench and allow your body to settle into a state of ease.
Now shift your focus to the present moment.
Let go of any thoughts about the past or worries about the future.
Be here now.
Start to visualize a soft golden light glowing in the center of your chest.
This light represents your inner wisdom and energy.
As you breathe in,
Feel this light growing brighter and warmer.
As you breathe out,
I want you to imagine the light gently sweeping away anything that no longer serves you,
Releasing old habits,
Limiting beliefs or negative emotions that have been weighing you down.
Trust that your inner wisdom knows exactly what to release and what to let go of,
And that it is done.
With each exhale,
Feel lighter,
Freer,
And more open to change.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling your belly,
And then exhale through the mouth.
And repeat silently to yourself,
I release what no longer serves me,
I let go with ease.
Now picture your mind as a blank slate,
Fresh and open.
You've just removed everything that isn't serving you right now.
What new positive habits do you want to invite into your life?
As you breathe in,
Visualize these habits taking root in your mind and body.
Perhaps it's mindfulness,
Kindness,
Prioritizing self-care.
Whatever it might be,
See yourself living these habits with ease and joy.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your belly and chest,
And exhale through your mouth.
And exhale through your mouth.
Repeat silently to yourself,
I embrace new habits that align with my highest self.
Feel the excitement in your body,
Creating positive change.
Let this energy flow through your entire being,
Filling you with confidence and motivation.
Take a moment to affirm your new path.
Repeat after me,
I am open to growth.
I am capable of change.
I move forward with clarity and purpose.
When you're ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your belly and chest.
Slowly exhale through your mouth,
Like you're blowing out a candle.
Breathe in again,
Inviting in peace and clarity.
Breathe in again,
Inviting in peace and clarity.
And then exhale,
Grounding yourself into this moment.
When you feel ready,
Gently start to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Slowly open your eyes,
Returning to the space around you.
