We have a potent session today where we'll be exploring the triad breath and the connected breath.
We will be doing each breath in the nose and out the mouth as well as in the mouth and out the mouth.
We'll start with a triad breath,
A double inhale in the nose releasing out the mouth and it sounds like this.
I do recommend that you lie down during this one but feel free to come to a comfortable seated position if you prefer that.
Either way,
Close down your eyes,
Make yourself comfortable and we'll begin by releasing the breath.
