Welcome to Revive.
Two rounds of high-energy breathwork that will help you revive your energy if you're feeling tired or just needing a little pick-me-up.
We only have 10 minutes together so we're going to jump right into this one.
Make yourself comfortable.
Close down your eyes,
And let's get ready to breathe in a rhythm by taking a breath in together.
Inhale.
Release.
Three.
Two.
One.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
Keep it flowing.
As you continue to breathe,
See if you notice if there's an area in your body that's feeling extra tired and invite more energy to move into that area through using your awareness and your breath.
You can imagine this area lighting up more and more as you continue to breathe.
Getting ready for a powerful inhale in just a few breaths.
Deep breath in.
Hold it at the top.
Hold it at the top and let it go.
Holding your breath at the bottom.
And as you hold your breath,
You become more calm yet alert at the same time,
Washing away any sense of fatigue.
Holding for just a few more seconds.
And now take a deep breath in.
And hold your breath at the top.
Imagine yourself surrounded by a warm,
Bright light,
Helping you feel refreshed and revitalized.
And now release your breath.
Take a natural breath or two here.
And let's flow right into the next round.
Doubling the speed here.
Take a breath in.
Release.
Three.
Two.
One.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
With the breath circulating,
We will maintain this high energy breath pattern for the remainder of this final round.
We're almost there.
Reaching our last few breaths.
And now take a deep breath in.
Hold your breath here.
Letting it go.
And hold your breath.
Allow these words to sink in as you hold.
I am restoring and renewing my vital energy.
As you leave this practice,
Feeling revived.
And now taking a deep breath in.
Holding as you reach the top of your inhale.
Feeling all of the positive shifts occurring right now in this moment as you hold your breath.
And now release your breath.
Simply allow yourself to return to natural breathing.
With your breath flowing in and out of your nose.
Giving yourself some time here to slow everything back down.
As we always want to balance an energizing breath practice with a little bit of stillness.
Allowing the energy to integrate before going straight into doing something else.
We'll just rest here for a couple of minutes.
Thank you so much for breathing along.
Carry this energy with you.
And have a beautiful rest of your day.
