
Spider-Man Meditation: Activate Your Spidey Sense & Powers

Hey,
I'm Cyrus.
Welcome to this meditation to become your inner Spider-Man and activate your Spidey sense.
If you've ever wanted to feel like Spider-Man,
You've come to the right place.
Start off by sitting in an upright alert position with your feet on the floor,
Your hands in your lap,
And your eyes on a spot in front of you straight down the center of your line of vision.
And once you've found a balanced,
Relaxed alert position,
Settle into stillness and take a deep breath in through your nose,
Fill up your entire body with the breath,
And as the breath ripples through your body,
Imagine it activating your Spidey suit.
Feel your transformation into Spider-Man already beginning as you feel the suit wrapped snugly but comfortably around your body.
And take a moment now to settle into stillness,
To maintain your physical stillness consistently from this point onward so you can enter the deepest zone possible.
Relax into that stillness and notice what it feels like to be poised,
Still,
As if you're ready to spring into action at any moment,
But you're totally fine being still and relaxed.
And with your feet on the floor,
Start to feel the magnetic energy at the exact spot where the soles of your feet meet the floor.
Notice the stickiness of the energy where the feet make contact,
And allow that subtle magnetic vibration to increase and ground you as you breathe into the soles of the feet.
Stay focused on the feet for a moment,
As if you can feel the radioactive pools of energy that are starting to surround your feet,
Echoing and vibrating gently into the ground,
As you keep your attention on that spot,
Letting everything else fade into the background.
And now bounce the attention up to your hands and your wrists,
And feel your web-slinging powers coming online,
As you feel the gentle,
Vibrating tingle that's beginning to activate in your hands and fingers.
Resist the urge you might have to arrange your fingers into web-slinging position for now,
And just keep your attention gently on the hands and fingers as you feel the energy building,
The longer you stay focused on the details of the sensations.
And now breathe up through the hands,
Into the arms,
Allow the breath to rise up into the neck and the head,
And as you exhale,
Allow the breath to ripple down through the torso,
Into the legs,
And all the way to the feet,
So that you begin to become aware of the entire body head to toe at the same time now.
Don't think about it or try too hard,
Just tune into your instincts as you feel the whole body head to toe,
The wave of radioactive spidey energy flowing through the entire body.
And breathe up and down the body so you feel the subtle waves of energy expanding and intensifying.
Maybe you notice it not just within the skin,
But starting to radiate and glow a little bit past your skin.
Feel your spidey sense beginning to tingle and come online as you feel the whole body and the energy that subtly surrounds your body in this moment.
And now subtly guide the breath to slow down 20%,
Slow down the breath noticeably,
And start to become aware of the peripheral vision without moving your eyes,
Keeping your eyes on your spot,
Starting to notice everything that surrounds the spot that your eyes are locked into,
Seeing all the details of the entire field of vision starting to fill themselves in without trying too hard.
Just using your instincts to see the shadows,
The shapes,
The light.
Slow the breath down even more,
Allow it to come to you as slowly as it naturally does as you stay tuned in to the whole field of vision in a calm,
Alert way and start to notice all the sounds that surround you in the room and use your spidey sense to hear the sounds far away in the distance.
And with your breath slow and your eyes tuned into the whole field of vision and your ears picking up all the sounds,
Allow your spidey sense to activate and be at full tingle as you experience this moment in full detail in slow motion.
Dive even deeper into the details of the sounds,
Of the vision,
Of the breath as you enter the zone where everything is happening effortlessly in vivid slow motion.
And now take a moment as a gift to yourself to breathe into any part of yourself that needs healing,
Whether physical,
Emotional,
Or spiritual,
Use your spidey rapid healing powers to breathe into the awareness of that which needs healing,
Allowing yourself to send and direct that healing loving energy in a deliberate way for a moment now.
Feel yourself letting go of whatever you need to let go of now,
Releasing it,
Breathing it out,
Allowing it to evaporate as you let go of it now,
The same way you would let go of one rope of web to grab hold of the next.
Let it go.
Let yourself float in this moment,
Almost as if you're flying with a sense of effortless relaxed lightness.
And finally,
Allow the eyes to close for a brief moment and with the eyes closed,
Envision yourself in your spidey suit with your powers fully activated and switched on,
Swinging through New York City on a sunny day,
Totally carefree,
Having fun,
Doing midair acrobatics,
Having the time of your life,
Letting go and feeling that energy in your body as you see it now.
And when you feel ready,
Allow yourself to land firmly on the ground and open your eyes,
Deliberately set the intention to carry that calm,
Quick,
Light spidey energy back with you into your day so that you feel tapped into your power and that inner sense of freedom.
