Transcript

Sit or lie down in a comfortable and supported way with the spine in neutral alignment.

Soften the gaze or close the eyes.

Settle into your breath.

Breathe in and out of the nose using your belly breath or your full deep breath.

Feel the breath come and go.

With your next inhale,

Begin to imagine a wave of fresh,

Pure and healing water coming up the feet and as high up the body as you feel comfortable.

As you exhale,

Imagine the wave taking away anything you're ready to let go of,

To process or to surrender.

With your inhale,

A wave of fresh,

Pure and healing water coming up the body as high as you feel comfortable.

And as you exhale,

Imagine the wave taking away anything you're ready to let go of.

The inhale,

A wave of fresh,

Pure healing water.

You exhale,

The wave takes away what you're ready to let go of.

Keep your attention on the visualization of the wave.

Full inhale,

A complete exhale.

Every inhale is healing.

Every exhale letting go of what you no longer need.

Inhale,

The exhale.

Visualize the waves.

Visualize the waves washing over the body.

Continue to visualize the waves.

Fresh,

Pure healing water coming up with the inhale.

And the wave taking away anything that you're ready to surrender with the exhale.

Stay with it.

Humor cycles of breath visualize the waves.

Now with your next exhale,

Release the visualization.

Enjoy a few more breaths here.

Attention returns to your surroundings.

And when you feel ready,

You can slowly open the eyes.

And when you feel ready,

You can slowly open the eyes.
