Releasing Breath is just that - breath that supports us in letting go. We only need two to three rounds of releasing breath to feel its support both physically and mentally. This technique is cooling on the body, and in addition to physical and mental relief that can be felt, it may also help to release excess carbon dioxide from the lungs.

Transcript

Inhale deeply through the nose and feel the torso expand with breath from the base all the way up.

Exhale through the mouth smoothly and completely with an audible sigh.

And as you exhale,

Actively pull the navel back toward the spine to help release the breath.

Let's do that one more time together and use the exhale to let go of things that no longer serve you.
