Today's meditation is focused on surrendering,
Letting go and letting be.
Letting go of our need to control things and make them into something we want them to be and surrendering instead to what they are.
Just trusting the universe to unfold as it should.
One of the ways we can achieve this is to relax and let go of all judgment towards ourselves and others.
When we surrender,
We feel softer,
Lighter and more relaxed.
When we surrender,
We're able to tap into becoming more mindful.
We're able to tap into our soul and our truth.
When we let go,
Yield or just go with the flow,
It allows us to get in touch with something much deeper within ourselves,
To tap into love and calm and peace.
And when we try to control things,
We are tight and closed.
When we surrender,
We are loose and open.
When we surrender,
Stillness and quiet are available to us.
We feel more peaceful and tranquil.
Let's all begin right now by taking in a deep breath.
Right in,
In through the nose and then thinking the words,
Let go,
Let it all go,
Out through the nose or mouth,
Whatever feels more comfortable.
And you can do this at your own pace,
Breathing in,
One more beautiful inhale in through the nose,
Holding it at the top and then letting it go easily and effortlessly.
When we stop trying to control how things are,
We feel more peaceful and serene.
Breathing in,
Breathing out at your own pace.
Breathing in,
Breathing out slowly and evenly,
Letting it all go,
Surrendering.
One more time,
Deep inhale,
Hold it and let it go.
These times we're living in are ones that make us feel anxious and stressed.
So it's important to carve out these times for yourself,
For self-care,
For surrendering,
Letting go and remembering this too shall pass.
When we hold on tightly,
We aren't as open to the waves of relaxation and the wonderful waves of serenity and calm that are available once we let go.
Remember all will be well and this too shall pass.
When any thoughts come your way that interrupt this flow of peace and calm,
Just notice them,
Witness them and watch them float away like clouds in the sky.
Just enjoy the present moment,
Your present moment awareness without giving thoughts and worries about what lies ahead.
Just enjoy this beautiful gift right now.
This gift of what surrendering can do for you.
Enjoy this moment of bliss that is available to you when you surrender and let go.
Take in one more deep,
Long cleansing breath right in,
In through the nose.
Hold it,
Letting it go slowly and evenly,
Letting it all go.
And if your eyes were closed,
Gently open them.
And if you're not ready,
Close them again until you are.
Whenever you're ready,
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Gently open your eyes.
Enjoy this feeling of light,
This feeling of freedom,
This place of love and openness and tranquility.
Stretch,
Yawn,
Smile and return to the room fully enjoying these feelings of serenity and calm.
And thank yourself for giving yourself this gift of surrendering and letting go and letting be.
And remember in doing so,
You are one step closer to finding your bliss.
