Begin by settling back and get as comfortable as you can.
Gently close your eyes and switch off all of the responses all over your body as your muscles begin to ease off more and more,
Further and further.
And begin by just thinking of someone that you want to say a prayer for or someone you want to keep in your heart.
And just begin by taking in a deep breath right in and then breathe out slowly and evenly.
And if you just take some deep inhales,
Have a picture in your mind of the person you're thinking of and focus all of that attention on that person.
So let's all begin again by taking in another beautiful inhale in through the nose and exhale slowly out through the nose or mouth.
Just focusing all of your attention on that image and then consciously send love to that person thinking,
I love you or I'm sending you healing love and light.
And you can even use their name to make it even more powerful.
Take in another deep cleansing breath and exhale slowly letting it all go as you gently come back to the room,
Opening your eyes,
Stretching,
Yawning,
Wiggle your fingers and toes and just come back to the present moment.
