Hi everyone and welcome to your weekly mantra meditation.
Just begin by settling back,
Sitting down in a chair,
Or cross-legged on a mat,
Or even lying down,
Palms up,
Whatever feels most comfortable.
And let's just soften our foreheads and our cheeks,
Smoothing out the forehead,
Smoothing out any tension in the face,
Dropping the jaw,
Relaxing the tongue in your mouth,
Relaxing your lips,
And just letting go.
Eyes gently closed.
And let's all take in a deep cleansing breath in through the nose,
And out through the nose or mouth.
And one more deep inhale in through the nose,
And an exhale through the nose or mouth,
Letting it all go.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Letting it all go.
And here is the mantra.
Where I am right now is exactly where I need to be.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
And repeat the phrase again.
Where I am right now is exactly where I need to be.
One last breath in,
One last breath out,
And slowly,
When you're ready,
Come back to the room,
Open your eyes,
Stretch,
Yawn,
And congratulate yourself for taking this time for yourself.
