Welcome to this quantum meditation.

We'll begin by settling in to a comfortable seated position where you can allow your spine to elongate and your shoulders to drop down and back.

Gently closing your eyes if that feels good for you.

And allowing yourself to tune in to your breath.

Noticing your inhale and your exhale.

Noticing your inhale and your exhale.

Taking this time to tune in to how your body is feeling.

Allowing your breath to soothe and soften your body.

Experiencing what it is your body is feeling.

Welcoming all sensations with love and curiosity.

Allowing yourself to be fully present in this moment.

Allowing this time to be a gift for yourself.

Listening to your body and feeling what is.

And now bringing in feelings of a higher vibration.

Choosing to feel love and excitement.

Excitement for taking this time to offer love to your body,

To your mind,

And to your soul.

Grateful to join as a community and share in these higher frequencies.

Surrounding ourselves in the power of community.

Together we offer our love and compassion as we hold each other through our pain and our sorrow.

Grateful to take this time to really bring intention into our moment.

Setting an intention for how you wish to feel today.

Allowing your face to smile with that excitement.

Allowing yourself to feel this excitement deep within you.

Breathing in love and compassion and gratitude for coming together and choosing to rise.

Starting where we are,

Embracing any mess and chaos,

And thanking it for bringing us to this moment.

Building this love and excitement.

Together we are rising.

We are whole.

We are connected.

We are in balance and harmony.

And we are present in this moment.

Allowing yourself to breathe in all of this love and gratitude.

Imagining you can flood your body and hug every cell with this love and excitement and energy.

Allowing any thoughts or memories that come up to simply be present.

Give them a big hug and express your gratitude and let them go.

Letting go of attachments.

Letting go of outcomes.

Simply experiencing this love.

Letting go of the love.

Letting go of the love.

Letting go of the love.

We'll gently bring this meditation to a close.

Knowing that at any moment throughout your day you can tune into your breath,

Tune into your body,

And choose how you wish to feel.

And we'll end with the thought,

Wouldn't it be cool if.

And just feel how exciting that would be.
