It is only when we are able to love ourselves that we can truly show extend love to others. When we can prioritize our well-being, we can create a loving relationship with ourselves. Only then can we let our love spill over and share with others.

Find yourself in a comfortable seated position.

Allow your spine to sit straight,

Chin slightly tucked.

Notice your breath.

Allowing your attention to notice your inhale and your exhale.

Really closing your eyes if that feels right for you.

Feel your body inhale and relax on the exhale.

Simply noticing how breath moves throughout your body.

Allow your breath to feel natural,

Slowly elongating it.

So your inhales become deeper and your exhales become slower.

Allowing your attention to notice the rhythm of your breath.

When you notice your thoughts wandering,

That's okay.

Gently bring your attention back to your breath.

Feel that with your inhale you bring in love and your exhale sends it throughout your body.

Allowing your exhale to send that love throughout your entire body.

Feel your sensations when you breathe.

Feel love flow from your heart on your breath.

And feel that love flood every cell in your body.

Allowing your inhale to bring in the love and your exhale to move it throughout your body.

Feel the love fill all of your sorrows.

And feel the love heal all of your pain.

Gently bringing your attention back to your breath when you notice your thoughts are wandering.

And gently let go of the story and bring your attention back to your breath.

On your inhale bringing in the love and on your exhale sending it throughout your body.

Feel your body radiate your love allowing your love to flow to all aspects of your day.

Inhale and exhale.

Notice the space you're creating.

This room to show yourself love.

To love you for who you really are.

To accept yourself as you are.

To accept who you are.

Allowing your breath to freely move love throughout your body.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Feel the shine that surrounds each cell in your body.

Inhale and exhale.

And gratitude for taking this time for yourself.

Knowing you can use your breath and these thoughts at any moment throughout your day to feel centered and grounded again.

To connect with yourself and cultivate a true self love.

Inhale and exhale.

And gratitude for taking this time to feel centered and grounded again.

Inhale and exhale.

And gratitude for taking this time to feel centered and grounded again.
