Find yourself in a comfortable position,

Whether seated or lying down.

Allow yourself to feel relaxed.

Notice the shape of your spine.

Allow it to be straight.

Relax your shoulders back and elongate your spine.

Notice your breath.

Feel your inhale and your exhale.

Bringing your attention to your breath.

Observe how your body feels when you breathe.

Notice your body expand on your inhale.

Notice it release on your exhale.

Allowing your breath to move air throughout your body.

Notice any areas of tension.

Allow your shoulders to relax.

Soften your jaw.

Allow your eyes to feel soft.

Allowing your breath to send relaxation throughout your body.

Observe any sensations.

Notice how your body can relax.

Imagine your breath sending love throughout your body.

Offering your breath as a gift to your body.

Honoring yourself and the space you've created.

Knowing right here in this moment and in all moments you are enough.

Continue to observe your breath and any sensations throughout your body.

Notice again returning to any areas of tension.

Allowing your breath to soften that area.

Repeating to yourself,

I am enough.

Observe how this makes you feel.

And let any judgments go.

Continuing to your breath and simply saying I am enough.

Enjoying this feeling of worthiness to travel with your breath.

Let it extend to all areas of your body.

Send this knowing throughout your body.

I am enough.

Allowing any thoughts to just wander away.

Returning to your breath and your knowing.

I am enough.

Allowing this love to fill your body with each breath.

With each breath sending this love throughout your body.

And with each exhale releasing any tensions.

Creating more space.

More knowing.

I am enough.

Knowing at any point throughout your day you can bring your attention to your breath and your knowing.

I am enough.

Allowing this love to just wander away.
