So welcome to this meditation for feeling into the frequency of love.
Allow yourself to settle in to a comfortable seated position where you can allow your spine to elongate and your shoulders to relax down and back.
Celebrating the fact that you've made it here to this meditation and dedicated this time to yourself and your self-care to access this frequency of love.
Learning the skill to hold throughout your day.
Allow yourself to breathe in a natural rhythm.
Breathing in and breathing out in a rhythm that feels natural for you.
Using your body to expand on your inhale and relax on your exhale.
Using your breath as an anchor of bringing your attention into the present moment.
Realizing how your body feels on your inhale and how it feels on your exhale.
Knowing that it is safe to breathe and to bring this awareness into your body.
Using your breath to ground you into your body.
Realizing with each inhale you are filling your body with beautiful oxygen and universal love.
Energy accessible to us all,
Always.
Breathing in this life force energy that's all around.
And knowing you can breathe in,
Expanding your body,
Filling your body with this beautiful life force energy.
And on your exhale you can allow it to settle in throughout your body.
Giving your body this loving energy.
Allowing any sensations you feel to ground you into your body and this present moment.
Allowing your body to feel into this loving energy.
Allowing your breath to fill you with this loving energy.
Knowing that together we can all access this and having this sense of community with everyone gathered in time and space for this meditation.
Applying the rhythm of your breath to guide the direction of this love.
Noticing when any thoughts or emotions pop up.
Often times this is simply to get our attention.
Simply giving your awareness,
Loving this aspect of you.
Thanking it and releasing it.
Dropping any stories or attachments and allowing it to float away.
And then choosing to ground back into the rhythm of your breath.
Allowing your body to feel safe and held in this loving energy.
And in this loving community we've created.
This community you are a part of that is made up of you.
Allowing in this loving life force energy and allowing it to soothe our body.
Allowing our breath to bring us into the present moment.
On accessing these feelings of love sometimes it's helpful to think about something you truly love.
Something that brings you joy.
Feeling that smile on your face as you bring it to mind.
Imagining as you breathe you can send that feeling throughout your body.
And then once your body feels this resonance and this frequency it knows to breathe into it at any moment.
Allowing you to feel safe and held in this loving community.
Noticing whenever your thoughts or emotions come up.
Simply bringing awareness to them.
Loving them.
Thanking them.
And letting them go.
Allowing your attention to return back to the rhythm of your breath.
To feeling this frequency of love throughout your body.
Allowing your body and your mind and your soul to be in harmony.
I once heard that the soul is an acronym for source of universal love.
And I love that idea that we can tap into our soul and what feels good for our soul.
And in that way we can tap into a source of universal love.
Allowing this love to flow throughout us.
Easing pains and balancing emotions.
Soothing our bodies.
Making space in our lives for soulful activities.
Ways of accessing that source of universal love.
Allowing our attention to the rhythm of our soul.
Allowing your inhale and your exhale.
Allowing this universal love to enter with your inhale and send throughout your body on your exhale.
Bringing this feeling into your body.
Allowing yourself this safe space to tune into your body.
Bringing awareness to any sensations,
Discomforts or pains.
Allowing yourself to be present with your body and to send this love throughout your body.
Allowing every cell.
Feeling safe in your power now.
Safe to feel and experience this love.
Knowing you are worthy and deserving of this universal love.
And in any moment throughout your day you can access your breath and fill your body with this love grounding into the present moment and into your body.
