So we're going to work to move our breath through our body so it's it's noticing your inhale and your exhale and then imagining you can breathe in all this life force energy all this love on your inhale and then on your exhale that you can send it right this is a natural skill that we could all do.
When we bring in our breath we're bringing in life and that is energy that is love it's very interchangeable and then you want to bring in the feeling of love so thinking of something you really love or someone you love or feeling that love for someone or for yourself helps to bring in more of the energy right it helps to raise the vibration and you start to feel kind of light and tingly and notice sensations and that's the feeling of the frequency of love and it's really important to feel it because that's how the energy moves.
We have all of these abilities to sense the energy and it's kind of awakening that so don't be surprised if as you start to breathe and awaken you notice more stuff that you didn't want to notice right stuff just comes up that's your body awakening your body is waking up to that which you were numb to so now you're aware of something you didn't want to be aware of that was stored deep down in your body we don't want to push it away again we just want to thank it acknowledge it love it for the service the purpose that it has served and let it go right we just want to detach from it drop the story no judgment to it because as we breathe and as we awaken more stuff comes up and it just keeps coming up but it needs to be seen to be released so just acknowledge it and let it go I know that's easier said than done but when we do this together we can really do this so don't be surprised if that happens I have been noticing that for the past couple days right because now we're moving more energy we're energizing our chakras and stuff is going to come out up so just kind of notice that and then let it go and then that's making space for what you want to come in so it's also very powerful for manifesting then so let go of what's come up and release it and make space for what you do want so it's still noticing what comes up holding the intention and what you want to bring that in that makes sense all right so we'll get into this meditation so it's really about focusing on your breath and feeling in all this love okay all right so find yourself in a comfortable seated position and allow yourself to begin by tuning in to your breath so let's begin by bringing your attention to your breath noticing your inhale and your exhale allowing your body to expand with your inhale and soften with your exhale bringing in all of this breath to energize our bodies on our inhale and allowing our bodies to feel it on our exhale allowing your spine to lengthen on your inhale and your shoulders to draw down and back on your exhale maintaining the rhythm of your breath and being aware of what you can feel in your body settling in to the awareness of the body noticing how your body is feeling in this present moment be open to whatever is to be experienced in this practice will be cultivating love and kindness we all have within us this natural capacity for love and kindness a relationship that is unconditional open gentle and supportive loving kindness is a natural opening of a compassionate heart to ourselves and to others it's a wish that everyone be happy that we may be happy we begin with developing loving kindness towards ourselves allowing our hearts to open with tenderness feeling your body expand on your inhale and soften on your exhale knowing that wherever you are is a great place to start being honest and truthful with yourself is a great place to start to acknowledge where you are and accept yourself just as you are for you are a beautiful being of light worthy of love imagine your breath has the capability of bringing in limitless love filling your body with the sensation on your inhale and then feeling it within your body on your exhale breathing in love on your inhale and accepting this love within you on your exhale allowing this love to move through your body awakening each and every cell allowing yourself to bask in this energy you've generated here to amplify these feelings of love this frequency of love bring to mind that which you love yourself a beloved pet a beloved being in your experience maybe a child and feel that love you have for them now that unconditional love and imagine that love that they have for you too knowing you are worthy of unconditional love that you can tap into this unconditional love remembering to move your breath noticing the rhythm of your breath and as you experience this love notice how you feel in your body maybe you feel some warmth or heat in your face a smile a sense of expansiveness this is love and kindness a natural feeling that is accessible to all of us always resting with this feeling of open unconditional love for a few breaths the solar plexus functions as the sun of your chakras governing your sense of well-being and self-worth allowing yourself to feel well allowing yourself to feel worthy repeating i am well i am worthy allowing any thoughts that arise to be seen maybe give them a hug and thank them and let them go releasing them and making space for this love to come in so allowing your breath to deliver love and energy to your solar plexus on your inhale bringing in this love and on your exhale sending it to your solar plexus imagining a yellow ball of light in your center and trusting the image that comes to mind and imagine with each breath cycle you can amplify that frequency of love you can feel more into this space balance and flowing freely with energy we can empower ourselves to live with a strong sense of identity purpose confidence and motivation we can move away from obsessing over maintaining control in our lives and relationships and we can develop the personal power to let things go and to live from a greater feeling of freedom with an aligned solar plexus we can be our truest most authentic selves in all we do and in every choice we make so so knowing at any time throughout your day you can tune into your breath notice your thoughts and choose where to send your love and energy we'll gently bring this meditation to a close bring to mind something you are grateful for and then that which you desire a wish for the future feel that love now all right slowly bringing yourself back inviting movement into your body wiggling your fingers and your toes bringing yourself back into this space
