Meditation for receiving guidance from the higher dimensions.
So sitting comfortably and ensuring that you're not going to be disturbed for about 20 minutes.
Close your eyes and start taking some nice deep breaths.
With the out-breath be really conscious of releasing tension from your body,
From your mind.
Just letting go of anything you've been thinking about,
Planning,
Busy doing up until this point.
Breathing it away with the out-breath.
And with the in-breath you're breathing in fresh,
Clear,
New energy.
You're bringing it into your whole being.
And then using your imagination pretend that right now you're going for a walk in nature.
Somewhere so beautiful.
It might be somewhere you've been before and you enjoy going to regularly.
Or maybe somewhere that you're completely just making up at the moment.
Whatever you choose is just perfect.
Going for a walk,
Feeling the earth under your feet.
Breathing in the fresh,
Clear air here.
It smells so nice.
It's a beautiful day.
Perfect temperature.
You can feel the warm sun on your skin.
Maybe there's a nice soft breeze.
Just such a beautiful day.
And as you're walking through this beautiful place in nature,
You feel quite happy to just put aside all of the things that are going on in your life at the moment.
Any problems or worries or struggles that you're facing in your everyday life.
As you're walking through this beautiful place in nature,
You've decided you're just going to put them down for now.
It's like you're going on a holiday from your everyday thinking,
Your everyday worries.
And though they'll be there later,
Right now you're just taking a break from them.
Breathing in the fresh air and enjoying this beautiful day in nature.
And your walk takes you to a very beautiful spot.
A magical place in this nature place.
You feel really drawn to this particular spot.
And you find a place here to sit down and rest.
Now as you're sitting here,
I'd like you to start to think about a time in your life when you felt so grateful,
So appreciative of someone or something or of life in general.
Remember the feeling of appreciation and gratitude.
Remember it really,
Really strongly and let that feeling come up in your body.
Breathe into your heart.
Remembering this time when you felt so grateful and remember that sweet feeling in your heart.
Breathe into it and invite it to expand.
And now I'd like you to think about a time when you felt so happy,
So joyful,
So happy that you could just hug a stranger.
Something had just happened in your life.
Maybe you completed something or found out some good news or just for no reason at all felt really elated and happy.
I want you to recall a time like that even if it was just for five minutes of your life.
I want you to recall that feeling and bring it back into your body,
Into your emotions and let it fill you now.
And that feeling of happiness is mixing with the feeling of gratitude.
They're coming together.
Together they feel even better than they did alone.
Now stay with me here.
Focus on these feelings.
I'd now like you to think about a time when you felt so much love,
So much love for someone or something.
You just felt this unconditional love pouring through your heart.
Allow yourself to feel that.
Open your heart to it.
Let it in.
And also you're mixing it with those feelings of happiness,
Those feelings of joy and gratitude.
They're all mixing together.
Really feel this.
Really focus on it.
Amplify it in your body now.
These beautiful feelings.
And now what you have done is you have entered the higher dimensions.
And if you have a look around your nature place now,
It's a little bit different.
With these beautiful feelings you've activated,
You've moved up to the higher dimensions and now you're still in the same place,
But you're in a higher aspect of that.
And you can notice there are other very high vibrational beings,
People,
Moving around here too.
And they are very loving,
Very peaceful,
Very wise.
And they're just going about their business.
And you are here holding this vibration of gratefulness,
Joyfulness and unconditional love.
Your heart is open.
Now one of these beautiful high vibrational beings around you passes you a photograph.
And this photograph is a picture of you in your everyday 3D world with your everyday struggles,
The everyday ways that you think about life and other people and yourself.
This photo represents that.
From this higher state of consciousness that you've created,
Look at that picture of you with so much compassion.
And keep feeling the gratitude,
The joy and the unconditional love.
Keep breathing into that.
Feeling the beauty around you,
Feeling the support of these other amazing beings around you.
Feel these high vibrational feelings.
Imagine you can pour them into the photo.
You're sending this you who's in the photo,
You're sending them these beautiful higher feelings that you're feeling.
Pour them into the photo.
Share them.
Gift them to that part of you.
And as these beautiful feelings flow through you into the photograph,

What do the feelings say to this part of you in the 3D everyday world?
What messages do the feelings say to you in the 3D everyday world?
And notice that as you're pouring these feelings and energies and guidance and love into this photograph that the photograph is starting to change.
The image is changing,
The colours are changing,
That you in there is receiving all this light and is starting to change.
Notice the difference.
Now picking up the photo and placing it at your heart centre.
In the centre of your chest,
Imagine that it's just merging in there.
It's becoming one with you,
Entering your heart.
And you have nothing but love for that part of you,
Complete unconditional love.
All the beings around you are applauding you,
Sending you love and support.
And now it's time to come back.
You'll be bringing back into your 3D world,
Into your everyday life,
You'll be bringing back a peace,
A ray,
A sunbeam of these higher dimensions.
You've activated it more strongly within you and every time you come back here,
It gets better and better.
So taking some deep,
Deep breaths,
Remembering what day it is,
Where you are,
Wiggling your toes and your fingers,
Feeling your body and all its sensations returning to normal.
Going a little stretch and slowly opening your eyes to come back to everyday reality and as soon as you can,
Write down the insights,
The guidance that you received.
