I want to share this special message with you.

It comes directly from my higher self.

Her name is Lovely.

Lovely wanted you to know in this moment,

At this time,

Your feelings are valid.

They are not to be judged or downplayed.

They are your true reaction to something or someone.

We live in a world that tries to tell us how to feel,

How to react,

How to be more likable,

How to manage our emotions.

But what you feel inside of you is the closest you will ever get to truly knowing yourself.

Lovely wanted to remind you to be yourself,

Not the world self.

Thanks for letting me share Lovely's message.

Now I would love for you to join me for a brief meditation.

I'll give you a moment to prepare.

Go ahead and close your eyes.

Breathe normally.

Now feel how your body wants to breathe.

Don't allow your mind to escape this moment.

Stay right here with your body.

And breathe.

Feel your chest rising and falling.

Keep your awareness on your breath.

What does it feel like to have an abundance of oxygen?

To never run out of air?

As you breathe,

Be aware of your body by feeling gratitude.

You have nowhere to be or nothing to do.

In this space,

Take the entire world away from you.

Now feel you.

With no others around,

Feel your existence.

If your mind wandered,

It's okay.

It's all okay.

Because no matter what happens,

You have your breath.

You are sometimes forgotten in your own story,

But not today.

Today,

You are breathing.

So breathe.

Your body is really happy that it gets to breathe with you.

So be happy with it.

As you bring your body back,

We encourage you to feel how you feel.

Lovely wants to remind you how you feel is you.

It's not to be questioned or validated.

Today,

Just take a moment to breathe.
