This is a quick meditation to remind you to be silent.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
There is so much power in silence.
Feel the stillness of your body and how it says nothing.
Your heart do not tell you that it's beating,
It just beats.
Your fingernails don't tell you that they're growing,
They just grow.
There is so much power in being quiet,
Allowing things to flow in the energy that they should flow in.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
That thing that you may want,
It wants you to be quiet,
To stop telling everyone what you're doing,
How you're doing it.
It wants to connect with you and flow with the same energy that is running this entire show.
It is morning and the sun showed up without any notice.
It did not blast it to the world that it would show up,
It just did.
You just are.
There is much for you to gain by simply being quiet.
Stop explaining,
Stop talking,
Stop telling others what you want to do,
Be quiet.
Right now,
Feel the energy of quiet.
It doesn't have to prove anything.
It just does what it needs to do.
Take silence with you today.
Speak less,
Love more.
Be proud of self.
Don't look for validation.
Look for silence.
