Good morning.

It is,

In fact,

A good morning.

This is a quick meditation to give your body some much needed attention.

Some attention that it needs before you step into the world today.

When you are ready,

Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Breathe in through your nose.

Breathe out through your mouth.

You are here.

Your body is right here with you.

Take a moment to feel what your body feels like.

It may feel tired,

Weak,

Strong,

Or even eager to start the day.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Without moving,

Put your attention on your feet.

Send them love.

Now bring your attention to your heart.

Your heart will beat non-stop today because it loves you.

Now feel your body moving up and down as you breathe.

If your mind is wandering,

Bring it right back to your body.

You are right here,

Right now.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Take this moment to scan your body.

Giving every part a little attention and a little love.

Breathe in through your head and in at your feet.

Prepare to bring your body back.

Breathe calmly as you come back to the present moment.

As you are coming back,

Slowly open your eyes.

Your body loves you just as much as your soul and you can't live this experience without it.

Walk with your body today.

Smile at the fact that you are alive.
