As we begin this mind movie meditation,
I invite you to find a comfortable seat.
Perhaps you are in your chair or simply seated cross-legged on the floor.
Softly close your eyes.
Allow your eyes to relax behind your eyelids.
Bring your attention downward,
Feeling grounded,
Rooted,
Connected towards your seat,
Towards the earth.
Unfold into this present moment.
Inhaling just this moment.
Exhaling that last moment.
Inhaling this breath.
Exhaling that last breath.
Breathing into this moment.
Notice your body.
How you feel.
Just focusing on the space your body takes up.
Feeling your head,
Your neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
The sense of your belly and legs.
And now bring your awareness to the space,
The warmth,
Just outside of your body.
Just beyond your skin.
Bring your awareness just an inch above your head,
Behind your back,
In front of you,
Beneath you.
Bring your awareness to this space.
Beyond your space.
Now bring your awareness to the space just beyond your body.
The space of your room.
Imagine your body expands.
These cells,
These molecules of your body as they vibrate.
Imagine your space between each cell of your body.
Unfold into this space of your room.
Feeling beyond your body,
Beyond your physical self.
You are just awareness.
You are awareness in the emptiness of space.
As this awareness unfolds within you and around you,
Choose a scene you wish to create,
To manifest in your future.
Just something you desire in your future.
See this scene.
Begin to sense in this scene what might be to your right,
To your left,
Above and below.
See this scene,
What surrounds you,
Who might be with you,
How you feel.
See the forms in this scene.
Notice the structures,
The curves and textures.
What might you smell?
As this scene comes to life in your mind,
Imagine you are now entering the scene.
Just like a dream,
You are part of it.
Not just seeing it,
You are it.
You are right there.
You are in your body,
In this scene.
Notice in this scene what surrounds you.
What can you touch?
How does your body move and act?
How does your body feel?
You are in this scene.
Feel your arms,
Legs,
Your torso,
Your muscles in this space and time.
Imagine yourself in this space moving,
Acting,
Being.
Imagine how you feel in this scene.
What elevated emotion do you feel?
What is the light like?
What are the textures around you?
Where are you?
What is the temperature of the air?
And in this scene,
Yourself right there in this scene,
You tell yourself an affirmation of what it's like to be in this moment.
I am in vibrant health.
I am abundant.
Say your affirmation to yourself.
Move through your senses in this scene noticing what you hear.
What do you touch?
What are the textures?
The colors?
What do you smell?
What might you taste?
You are in this space,
In this time.
Tell yourself an affirmation,
Living it out in this moment.
All in love with this moment,
Knowing love bonds all things.
You are bonding with this scene,
With this moment.
Now as we just begin to bring this scene to completion for this moment in time,
Once again feel your body in this scene,
The space around you.
Begin to feel the expansion of your body in space as if you are just pure consciousness.
Bring yourself to your consciousness.
Now seeing the scene in your mind's eye,
Carrying the elevated emotion,
The affirmation with you,
Always with you.
Living this future into the present moment.
Bring your awareness to the room in which you now sit.
Bring your awareness to your body,
The sensations of your body in your chair,
Your physical self,
The quality of the air on your skin.
Knowing you carry with you the image,
The truth,
The reality of this future you desire and love with you in the present moment,
Allowing it to unfold moment by moment into your future self.
As you hear the sound of that singing bowl that brings us to our present moment,
I invite you to gently deepen your breathing and as you are ready to open your eyes,
