Thankyou. Lovely. Stephanie, I find during these visualizations a negative element always comes up. This time it was all good except when I imagined touching things, the room I was visualizing kept getting smaller and smaller provoking anxiety… Any thoughts? Im not sure whether to actively try to return to the vision as it was or just to observe the ‘negative’ element?
