Let's drop into this moment.
Drop into your body.
Find a comfortable seat.
Close your eyes and soften your gaze behind your eyelids.
Relax your shoulders down and back.
Soften your jaw.
Release any tension in your belly.
And let your hips go.
Your feet are grounded,
Rooted towards the earth.
These affirmations will help you release any anxiety and feel grounded.
Feel present.
Feel safe.
As you notice your feet grounded towards the earth,
Imagine your feet can grow roots.
Imagine these roots grow down into the soil,
Growing deeper and even deeper.
So deep they just tickle the molten core of the earth.
As you sit here and hear my voice,
You let your thoughts just pass through your mind and focus in on my voice and on these affirmations.
Exhale and inhale into this present moment.
Inhale that moment.
Inhale deeply this breath.
And exhale that breath.
Inhale this moment.
And exhale that last moment.
You are here now.
Notice the quality of your breath.
Notice the temperature of the air around you.
And your feet grounded towards the floor.

Notice your breathing and your feet grounded,
Rooted towards the earth.
As you are present to this moment,
Present to this space and time,
And to your body,
To your breath,
To the affirmations you choose to keep in your mind's eye.

And as you feel any anxiety begin to take root,
You just return to being grounded,
Rooted,
Belonging,
Feeling safe,
And just letting that anxiety wash away.
