This is a guided visualization to meet with your future self and to vision cast for your best life.
In a moment,
We'll be going on a journey where you get to choose how far into the future you travel.
Maybe it's one year,
Maybe it's five years,
Maybe it's ten years into the future.
You get to choose that now.
And as you listen to my voice,
I'll be taking you through this journey where you can use all your senses to experience this future place,
Feeling the high vibration emotions you'll feel,
Using your sense of sight,
What you might see,
Your sense of touch,
Taste,
What you hear,
Drawing it in,
In all those ways.
Let's begin.
I invite you to find a comfortable place to sit.
Take a moment to take a deep inhale and full exhale just into this present moment.
As you're ready,
I invite you to softly close your eyes.
And if they're not quite ready to close,
Just soften your gaze or gaze down.
Inhale into this present moment.
Exhale that last moment.
Exhale just this breath.
Exhale that last breath.
Just letting go of where you've been,
Letting go of where you're headed next,
To just be here now.
Feel the touch points of your seat,
Your back against your chair,
Your feet towards the ground.
Feel the movement of air through your lungs.
Let your body soften a little bit,
Letting go.
Any tension through the space behind your eyelids.
Let yourself relax through your jaw.
Soften your shoulders down and back.
As you breathe,
Feel a little more space in the muscles between each rib.
Can you let go a little bit more through your belly?
Anything your hands have been holding,
Stepping tightly,
Let that release.
Soften through your hips and allow yourself to let go through your legs.
You are supported.
You are grounded in this moment.
As we just begin our journey here,
Just seeing that dark space behind your eyelids and bring curiosity as you begin to journey through that darkness.
You are a time traveler as you just move through that darkness however you desire.
Walking,
Floating,
Dancing through.
And as you hear me count down,
You'll move closer and closer into a time you've chosen into the future.
Getting in closer and closer.

You've arrived into a moment into your future.
Feet touching down.
Where are you?
What is the ground like beneath your feet?
What is the color?
What is the texture?
Gazing up,
Where are you?
Take in the shapes surrounding you.
The colors,
The textures.
How does your body move?
What are you doing?
You may have several images or experiences coming to mind and just let yourself alight on one for a bit and go with it.
If something comes up that seems odd or you're not sure of,
Just bring curiosity to it.
Notice what you're doing.
In this future state,
How do you feel?
Notice,
Are you by yourself or are others with you?
Who supports you?
Are these people you already know or brand new to you?
Perhaps there are ones you have not yet even met.
Take some time journeying and enjoying this space.
You'll hear my voice call you back when it's time.
As you now hear my voice,
You notice it's time to make your way back.
You've drawn into your conscious and even subconscious all that you need.
You take leave of this space.
As you make your way back to that darkness,
That dark space that exists behind your eyelids,
You begin to travel back to the present moment,
Just moving through that darkness,
Floating,
Dancing,
Walking through.
And you begin to come back,
One,
As you inhale deeply and fully exhale,
Two,
As you bring some movement to your body,
A little wiggle to your fingers,
A little wiggle to your toes,
And three,
Find yourself seated right back where you began with this experience of your future state,
Your future self.
As you're ready,
I invite you to softly flutter open your eyes.
We'll now move on to our second step,
Which is vision casting your experience of your future self.
This is a manifesting technique to bring into the present exactly what you desire in the future.
You'll need a paper and pen.
And on your paper,
You're going to make a line straight up and down,
And then right in the middle of your paper straight across.
So you have four sections.
In these four sections,
You'll place a category for your life.
Like for myself,
I'll place career in one,
Family in the other,
Perhaps my self-care in another spot,
And then exploration or creativity in another.
You might have different categories that are the most important for you.
We can,
Of course,
Have more than four categories,
But we're just starting with these four for now.
So just place the title of your category at the top of these four squares on your paper.
You're going to begin to write in the present tense as if these things are happening now,
That which you desire in the future.
You'll write it in the present tense with the positive high vibe emotions of that which you desire.
So as we're manifesting,
As we're writing,
As we are spelling and bringing into being what you want,
The universe responds to the positive high vibrations that we carry.
So if I bring a sense of fear or disbelief,
Then the universe will respond to that.
If I bring a sense of excitement,
Of gratitude,
Of love,
Of joy,
Then the universe will respond to that.
So you'll take your category,
Let's say it's career,
And just begin writing in the present tense that which you desire.
So for me,
When I first did this practice,
I wrote something like,
I happily get paid to be me.
My soul aligned clients find me with ease.
So I invite you to take your time now,
Just to journal your vision casting in these four categories of your life.
And when you feel complete,
You can sign the top of your page and date it and then place this journal in a safe place that you can look back later and see all that has come into your life.
