
Guided Journey To Balance The Chakras
This guided imagery takes you to a beautiful place. You are guided through a chakra balancing meditation, with affirmations for each chakra to strengthen feelings of belonging, to your uniqueness, to your strength, to your compassion, to speaking your truth, to being guideded by intuition, and to being to connected to all that is.
Transcript
We'll just begin with a bit of mindfulness towards our bodies and then move into our journey.
And as always,
This is your time.
There's no wrong or right.
Whatever comes up or is meant to come up is just meant to be here in that moment.
We can see it.
We can let it go.
There's no wrong or right how long it stays or if it lingers.
We're just experiencing this moment.
Take a breath.
Just sigh it out,
Letting go of your day.
And take a moment to notice your body,
Your lower body.
Your feet are towards the floor.
They are grounded.
They are rooted.
They are allowing you to release from your body downward anything you don't need to hold.
You are just in this moment.
Exhale and inhale.
Feel your breath.
It travels through your belly,
Through your chest,
Through your nose.
You exhale.
You let go.
You can imagine a string just rising up from the crown of your head that lets you grow just a little taller.
And as you exhale,
You can let your shoulders release down and back.
You can relax the space between your eyebrows.
Invite in a little softening of your temples.
Invite in relaxing your jaw.
You can even open up your mouth,
Stick out your tongue.
You may be yawn,
Getting in some more beautiful oxygen to your body.
You are just here now.
You have this moment.
Wherever you've been is in the past.
Wherever you're going next will be there when it's time.
You are here now.
Take a deep inhale.
Full exhale,
Letting go.
Full exhale,
Letting go.
Soft.
Two more times,
Gentle with your body.
Just soft,
Honoring your beautiful,
Unique self.
You might notice any parts of your body that are just holding a little bit,
Maybe even your arms or hips or knees.
And you can invite them to let go.
We'll begin our journey just bringing curiosity to your experience.
You'll be traveling to a beautiful place.
Perhaps it is somewhere you have been before or somewhere new or something you just create in your mind's eye.
It is your choice.
It's beautiful.
It's safe.
You can relax there.
And as we begin,
From your seat,
Just notice in your mind's eye something you see in your mind that is in your room,
A picture,
A rug.
Take notice of it,
Its colors,
Its textures.
And as you take note,
That anchors you as you return.
We'll begin to depart.
And you will begin to imagine you are floating up from your seat,
Floating up one,
Getting lighter,
Two,
Floating up three.
You are now floating in your space.
You are looking down where you just were seated.
And you see a window or door with which to exit.
And you float towards that portal.
You exit.
Now you are floating out of your building,
Up into the sky,
Up one,
Two,
Lighter,
Three,
Lighter,
Four,
Five,
Floating above the treetops.
It was a beautiful day today.
Imagine the temperature of the air around you.
Notice how you are floating.
If you're just choosing your body or something to float upon like a magic carpet.
And you begin to travel away from your space,
Just floating above the treetops.
You're gazing downward,
And you see the buildings.
You see the trees.
Notice the colors.
Notice the shapes.
You're just floating over the town towards your coastline.
You begin to approach the golden sand and the waves,
Laughing against the shore.
Take a moment to float above the shoreline.
See the waves crash.
And retreat,
Just like your breath coming in,
Releasing out,
Cleansing breath,
Cleansing water.
And you begin to float over the ocean.
Begin to float over the ocean.
Notice the color of the sea below.
Notice the horizon where the ocean meets the sky.
See the texture of the water.
Is it calm?
Do you have some waves?
As you travel over the sea,
Notice if any sea life comes to visit you,
What do you see?
Are there any birds just soaring or catching a current beneath you,
Beside you?
In the distance,
You begin to see some land approach.
You're getting closer and even closer.
This will be your last breath.
You're just going to float over the ocean.
Notice the colors.
Notice the colors.
And even closer,
This will be this beautiful place you choose.
As you approach,
Notice what you see.
Is it beach?
Mountains?
Is it tropical?
Is it desert?
You get to choose.
You are now floating over your new coastline.
You are now floating over this beautiful place.
Take it in.
As you float,
Do you see beneath you a beautiful clearing,
A place where you will float down to take your rest?
There is a spot there where you can sit or lounge that can look however you choose.
You begin to float downward just from five to four,
Floating down three and two,
Gently one.
You gently land softly like a feather to take your rest.
Notice what it is you rest upon.
What is it made of?
Is it from nature or wood?
Take a look at the ground beneath you.
What colors do you see?
What are the textures?
Take a look around you.
It's so beautiful.
See the vegetation.
See the nuances in the colors,
Different greens,
Browns,
Perhaps the colors of some flowers.
Is there any water near you?
How does the water sound?
And as you take this all in,
Know that you are safe.
You are relaxed.
We can begin to clear your body.
Using our energy of our chakras,
Our energy systems through our bodies.
And as we cleanse them,
We are refreshed.
We are renewed.
And we release things that don't exist.
And we release things that don't serve us.
And we tap into the things that best support us.
As we begin our journey,
We'll move through the colors from red to orange and yellow to green,
Blue,
Indigo,
And violet.
In your mind's eye,
See your feet.
Imagine your feet can grow roots,
Beautiful roots,
Like a plant or a tree.
However they look in your mind's eye,
They tickle the earth and they grow through the ground,
Downward,
Little farther,
And even further down into the earth.
You are grounded here and now.
If your mind wanders away,
You just bring it back with a picture in your mind or a word.
In your mind's eye,
See your feet,
See your legs,
And see the base of your spine.
At the base of your spine,
There is a beautiful ball of light.
See a ball of glowing red light.
This light is red,
Beautiful and bright.
What kind of red glowing light do you see at the base of your spine?
Is it red like a rose or a gem?
See that red ball.
Imagine as if you are looking downward,
That red is spinning counterclockwise,
Just spinning counterclockwise.
Let it spin.
As it spins,
You say to yourself,
I am safe.
I am secure.
I belong.
Now let that ball of red glowing light spin the other way.
Just letting it spin.
Releasing your attention towards this red light,
Your mind's eye travels upward to your hips,
Just to your hip area.
This is where your hips can dance,
Sway.
Imagine through your hips a beautiful ball of glowing light,
Orange.
See this orange glowing ball in your hip space.
What kind of orange do you see?
Orange like a fruit or a setting sun?
See that orange just for you.
Let that orange ball spin counterclockwise.
Just letting it spin outward in front of your hips and backward towards your spine.
It's glowing bright,
Light flowing out from your hips.
You say to yourself,
I create.
I am unique.
You are a beautiful force of creation.
Let that orange light spin the other way.
Releasing the space,
Your mind's eye moves to your belly.
Notice your belly.
This is the space just above your belly button.
This is your solar plexus.
Here you see a beautiful light,
A ball of light glowing yellow.
A yellow ball of light through your belly,
Above your navel.
Yellow light.
What kind of yellow do you see?
Yellow like a sunflower.
Yellow like the sun.
This yellow light spinning counterclockwise in front of your belly and back towards your spine.
Don't worry which way it's spinning.
It gets to spin both ways.
Just let it spin.
Just letting go of how it needs to spin.
It will spin exactly as it needs to as you trust.
Let the yellow light spin.
You say to yourself,
I am powerful.
I am in my power for the greatest good for myself and for others around me.
I am powerful.
Let the yellow ball of light spin the other way.
Drawing it in towards your belly.
Your mind's eye leaves the space for now,
Traveling upward through your rib cage to your heart center.
You are in your heart space.
You see a beautiful glowing light.
Perhaps the color is green or rose quartz.
Those are the colors we see in the heart space.
What kind of green or rose quartz do you see?
Where else have you seen this color?
See this ball of light in your heart space glowing brightly.
Let it glow outward in front of your heart and behind as it spins counterclockwise.
Just letting it spin.
Say to yourself,
I am love.
I am loving kindness for myself and for others.
I am love.
See your ball of colorful light.
Let it spin the other way.
Leaving this space,
Let your mind's eye travel to your throat.
There is a beautiful ball of blue light here.
What kind of blue is it?
Baby blue?
Blue like the sky?
Or navy blue?
See that blue as a ball of light in your throat.
Let it spin counterclockwise,
Just radiating through your throat,
Front,
Back,
Side to side.
Say to yourself,
I speak my truth.
I speak my truth.
Let this ball of light spin the other way.
Leaving the space,
Your mind's eye travels to your forehead.
Just the spot right above your eyebrows.
There is a beautiful ball of light here.
The color is indigo.
The color we see as the sun is just setting and moving into the dark of night.
Notice that indigo,
Let your ball of indigo light spin counterclockwise.
Say to yourself,
I follow my intuition.
I see.
See this ball of indigo light.
Radiating outward from your forehead and back of your head.
You now spin this ball of light the other way and travel to the crown of your head.
Right above the crown of your head is a beautiful ball of violet light.
Notice this color violet.
Where else have you seen this violet?
On a scarf?
On a piece of jewelry?
See that violet light.
As this ball of light spins,
It's as if you were looking upward at it as it spins counterclockwise.
Let it spin,
No attachment to how it spins exactly as it needs to be.
Say to yourself,
I am connected to everything.
I am a part of everything.
Everything is a part of me.
I am part of something greater than myself.
This beautiful ball of indigo light spins the other direction.
And you bring your attention,
Your mind's eye through your body,
You see the indigo through your forehead.
The blue in your throat.
Green or rose quartz in your heart space.
Yellow in your belly.
Orange through your hips.
Red through your root,
Your tailbone.
See the colors flow downward towards the earth.
Take your mind's eye,
Your energy back up through your body,
Through the red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Rose,
Blue,
Indigo,
Violet,
And back down through each color.
From violet to indigo,
Blue,
Green or rose,
Yellow,
Orange,
Red,
And back up red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Rose,
Blue,
Indigo,
Violet,
And back down and back up.
Travel through these colors a few more times on your own breath.
You'll hear my voice to call you back.
As you hear my voice.
As you hear my voice.
And feel these colors these cleansing colors running through you.
Each energy center is open and balanced.
You let in what serves you.
You release and let out anything that does not serve.
Carrying this with you.
We'll begin our return back to our original place.
In your beautiful spot,
Take a look around to see the beauty that surrounds you.
Do any colors stand out.
Is there anything with you that stands out to you.
As you begin your journey back take a look around just taking in and savoring this beauty.
Begin to elevate floating up into the sky rising up 123 you are now looking down right where you took your rest.
And floating just a bit higher.
As you gaze down you float over the treetops over the beautiful landscape.
And you are now floating over the sea.
Feel the quality of the air.
How bright is it.
You see a shoreline.
This is your shoreline.
You'll begin to approach the place where you first began.
You are traveling over the shoreline.
You are floating over the city,
The town.
You now approach your building.
You see the window or door from which you'll reenter.
And you float down towards it just floating down from three to one,
You are now at that portal.
You are floating in your now space and floating down into your seat floating down three to two and one.
You are now right where you first began.
And you begin to deepen your breathing.
Little bit by little bit.
You begin just to wiggle your fingers and toes.
