Allow your eyes to softly close or just gaze down the tip of your nose.
You're here now.
Rest into this space,
Taking a deep inhale and full exhale,
Letting go of where you've been and letting go of where you're headed next.
Envision a beautiful beam of light that connects up towards the sky,
Towards space,
Towards source,
Just like a beam of sunlight,
Warm and bright,
That shines down upon you,
Down upon your body.
Envision this light flowing through you and resting now at the base of your spine,
Rooted,
Grounded,
Belonging in this moment.
Envision this light at the base of your spine as a beautiful red,
Red like a flower,
Or part of the light of the setting sun.
This light glows through the base of your spine,
Your perineum,
Front back,
Side to side.
This light helps you feel grounded,
Rooted,
You belong.
Focus on this light resting at the base of your spine.
This light emanates out from your body into the space around you.
Focus your attention on the space outside the center as if this light is glowing just outside your body,
Out into space.
Notice this center for the greatest good.

Bring your awareness beyond this center,
Raising the frequency as you draw this light energy up your spine,
Moving now into your hips.
This light turns to orange,
A beautiful orange like the fruit,
Flower,
Or part of the setting sun.
This light glows through your hip space.
A beautiful orange glowing through your body and beyond the space outside your hips,
Behind you,
In front of you,
And to either side,
Filling the room with orange light,
Filling the space around you.
You activate here your sense of uniqueness,
The beautiful uniqueness that is you,
The beautiful gift you are to the world.
This center activates you going with the flow and releasing that which you cannot control.

Yellow like a flower or the sun.

Breathe into this light and let it emanate beyond your skin,

Filling the space around you with yellow light.
Focus your attention on this light outside your body as we activate this energy center for being in your power,
Standing in your power for the highest good,
Being in your power to act and to also receive.

See this light right within your heart,
Your heart beating,
The cavernous space inside your ribcage and this light glowing brightly beyond your heart space,
Outside your chest,
Beyond your shoulders,
Activating love,
Love for yourself,
Love for others,
Compassion for you,
Compassion for those around you and forgiveness.
See this light glowing beyond your heart space,
Filling the room around you.

We activate your throat chakra to speak your truth.
Speak your truth for the highest good,
Coming from a heart-centered place and from a place of strength.

This color radiates right within the center of your forehead and beyond your head space,

A beacon of light for your intuition.
This light glows brightly,
This indigo light within and beyond your head space,
Filling the room around you.
We activate this center to trust your inner sense of knowing.
Trust your intuition,
Know your intuition has your back.

At the crown of your head is your crown chakra,
A beautiful color of violet,

This beautiful violet light connecting with all that exists.
We activate the center,
Feeling connected to all that is,
Connected to something greater than yourself,
Connected to all in the spirit world that supports you,
Connected to your highest self,
Your soul guides,
Source universe,
All that supports you for the greatest good.
See this energy filling the room and connecting upward to that light beam that connects with all that is.
