This is my NEW and improved meditation inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza's Blessing of the Energy Centers in his book, "Becoming Supernatural". Enjoy tuning your 7 chakras (and the 8th one connected to the quantum field) through guided meditation and chakra-balanced crystal singing bowls. We'll bless each energy center with gratitude. This meditation raises the frequencies of each center. This meditation also opens the door to a deeper connection within yourself and with the quantum field.
