GONG Welcome to this guided affirmations meditation.
Repeating the following positive statements with feeling will definitely bring an uplift to life and bring about new behaviours with repeated listening.
Sit comfortably,
Close your eyes if you wish and bring awareness to your body.
Until the gong,
Notice any areas of tension,
Acknowledge them and choose to relax deeper and deeper on each out breath.
GONG For a short while until the gong,
Focus on your breath.
Notice how your in breath affects your body and emotions differently to your out breaths.
Let any worries,
Stresses,
Busy thoughts and noises fade into the background.
Simply be focused on your breath.
