Feel each breath cleansing and softening your body.
Breathe in courage,

With your eyes closed gently visualize your breath flowing in a circular rhythm,
Visualizing the in-breath moving up the front of your body from root to crown and visualizing the breath out traveling down the back of your body from crown to root.
Continuing this circular flow until the chimes,
Allow immense peace to wash over you.
You are loved beyond measure,
