Originally a full moon meditation this is suitable for any time you need to feel grounded. (This full moon brings a grounding, earthy energy where new moon intentions come to fruition, especially those related to wealth and finances). This peaceful and reflective meditation aims to ground and balance during the high emotions and polarities of the full moon.

If you are able to sit comfortably on the floor with your hands resting on the floor,

I feel sure this will increase your connection with Earth energy.

For a short while on each breath in,

Be aware of your connection to our beautiful planet and all within it and breathe in out,

Allow physical and emotional tension and worries to drain out through your hands,

Flowing away.

This is your time to de-stress and find balance.

Flow into a peaceful state of being.

Breathe fully into stillness of mind,

Body and spirit.

You may begin to see the fulfilment of your new moon intentions,

Especially those related to wealth and finances.

For a short while until the gong,

Sit in reflection of these intentions or any goal you have been moving towards,

Taking the opportunity for gratitude.

Full moon phases can be intensely emotional.

Find balance.

Take opportunities to sit in stillness with the Earth element,

Allowing yourself to become fully grounded in the present moment rather than letting high emotions take over.

Let the moonlight remind you to illuminate your own life.

Are you valuing yourself?

Feel the gong,

Be grounded,

Be present and be quietly certain you are good enough.

Peace and harmony.

Reflect on any non-helpful thoughts and behaviours that are limiting you.

Recognise the lack of truth in these and without judgement let them go.

Keeping yourself and others as appropriate.

As intuition increases,

You may experience an awareness to explore your emotional needs and to express them thoughtfully and with compassion,

Resulting in healthy relationships that have space to transform and grow.

Focus on your breath for a few cycles,

Connecting with Mother Earth and until the gong,

Be grateful for all her abundance.

Let the moonlight remind you to be fully grounded in the present moment rather than letting high emotions take over.

Bring magic into the mundane.

Hide some candles and take a salt bath,

Meditate,

Walk bare feet,

Focus on spiritual and physical self-care.

Bring order and stability by decluttering your mind and physical spaces.

Nurture yourself,

Avoiding extremes and use your inner wisdom and intuition to direct your decisions.

Seek balance,

Peace and harmony.
