Move down to your neck and let your neck smile too.
And keep moving lower until you have every body part and internal organ smiling.
And bask in this warm,
Peaceful energy that's radiating within your body.
This smile that you've allowed to first start with the corners of your mouth and go through the entire body.
So still holding that smile in the corners of your mouth and noticing the rest of your body smiling with it internally.
This is a quick connection with your inner self through your beautiful smile.
