Join me in this reflection of all that is beautiful in you and your world. The world we live in has been changed forever and is full of tension. It isn't the best place for self-confidence - you're not alone. Take a few moments here, 10 minutes, to connect with the more positive side of everything that is you.

Transcript

So go ahead and notice your body in a comfortable position and begin to notice your breathing,

Not yet changing your breathing,

But noticing,

Breathing in and out.

Noticing your feet flat on the floor and your body grounded,

Feeling the energy of the earth under your feet and drawing a sense of strength from the earth through the soles of your feet and feeling your body grounded with each breath that you take.

And taking a moment to now take a deeper breath,

Deeper breath in and almost a little longer breath out and noticing that your body settles a little bit with this deep breath.

And noticing that when you breathe in,

You breathe down and feel your breath connect with the earth,

Feeling your whole body grounded in this breath,

This deep breath in.

And when you breathe out,

Breathing up and through the top of your head,

Lengthening the spine and noticing your body settling into this space,

Feeling your body connected with the earth and allowing your shoulders to relax,

Allowing your eyes to relax in your jaws and giving yourself the space you need to fully settle into this place of relaxation.

And as your body settles into this space,

Allow your mind as well to settle into this space,

Feeling as though your body is as strong as it's ever been and maybe it is.

And now,

Connecting with the breath and connecting with the music.

And now bringing to your mind the image of something very positive.

Now,

For some people,

This could be light,

This could be just a feeling,

Could be warmth,

Could be coolness.

I'm leaving this up to you.

But in this moment,

Imagine something very positive,

A healing energy.

Imagining what that looks like.

Is it a white blood cell?

Is it just a feeling of love or kindness?

Is it just the thought of feeling better?

Whatever it is,

Imagine that this feeling,

This positive thing is now down into your bloodstream.

And imagine yourself very small and moving beside this positive thing throughout your body.

And if there's a part of your body that needs attention,

A part of your body that could use this positive force,

Take that positive feeling there now,

This positive thing.

Maybe it's a pain that you're feeling.

Maybe it's an injury.

Maybe it's tightness in your chest from anxiousness.

Whatever it is,

Imagine yourself now with this positive thing inside your body,

Relieving your body of this tension,

Of this ailment,

Whatever it is,

Visualize this positive energy working in your environment.

Working in your advantage in this moment.

And now starting to feel this positive thing in place of the ailment,

In place of the tension,

In place of whatever it is that you don't want in your body.

Visualizing now this positive energy that's in your body,

This positive energy that's in your body,

This positive energy that's in your body,

This positive energy that's in your body,

Visualizing now this positive thing,

This positive force,

This positive feeling,

Taking the place of the thing you want out of your body.

And noticing that when you breathe into this positivity,

It spreads until your body is full of this positive thing,

This positive energy,

This healing.

And feeling the body full of this positive energy,

And feeling the body full of this positive energy,

Noticing how you may feel differently now than you did at the beginning of this exercise.

And knowing that it just takes a few short moments and a shift of perception and attention to change your body,

To change your perceptions and your feelings in any moment that you need.

Noticing that the music has ended for now,

And beginning to notice the sounds around you inside of the room you're in,

And beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

Going ahead and opening your eyes.

Wow. My abdominal pain actually went away during this meditation. (It’s back now that I’m conscious again… but that was still amazing!)
