This Samatha Meditation (Vajrayana tradition) focuses on using three fundamental mantras for grounding and centering: Om - (inhalation) - Wisdom, Clarity, Consciousness; Ah - (holding) - Openness, Spaciousness, Emptiness, and Hung - (exhalation) - Union of openness and clarity together. Om represents the mantra of the body. Ah represents the mantra of speech. Hung represents the mantra of the mind.
